Also, Robert, I’m from Southern Cal and, if I moved back would like to live near these foothills. What cities are near where you are walking? I assume, Glendale or Pasadena or Northern LA. Or, are you near San Francisco?

Thanks Robert I so enjoy all your work its a blessing to have this knowledge available to be able to watch a share with others, many of us are so grateful. I also get a tickle when you show your favorite places to go to eat, and hiking in nature, or in the park, by a stream, a lake or a waterfall. These places bring connection to us as human beings so disconnected in a fast paced society on a bullet speed train with no brakes. Nature puts the brakes on and slows you down. A great meal puts the brakes on and slows you down. Spending good quality time with someone you care about (fellowship) slows you down, brings balance, comfort replacing a smile where once was a frown companionship is very important is a world in the grip of fear, the days of lawlessness so near, so clear. We must stay vigilant, not give in, wipe away any tears, strength comes from joy powerful when employed combined with perfect love casts out all fear when darkness travels near, our path is clear a heart light as a feather, no stones to accumulate so thorny vines cannot tether. Strengthened heart , mind soul, able to walk through any path crossing the storms of adversity to overcome the weather as the path narrows, always have time to listen to the songs of the sparrows.
