This house isn't for me because the backyard has no privacy. Imagine sitting by the pool in your bikini and seeing your neighbor's creepy kid peeking out of the upstairs window. I doubt whether the Ficus trees will ever grow tall enough to ensure total privacy. If I am going to pay $4.42 million I insist on backyard privacy!

Whoever decorated this did an outstanding job (the monochrome artwork on the walls notwithstanding). This house is decorated with taste and sensibility (the various nooks and seating areas come to mind, but also the kitchen, and all the bathrooms - aside from the artwork, can't think of a fault or misstep in taste). Were this house orientated south or west, it'd be perfect for a young couple wanting to start a family, or one looking to reboot their life. Great tour - loved the little familial and personal anecdotes along the way: great touch.

If the backyard had more privacy it'd be my perfect home! I don't need the neighbors peeping over while I'm having my Victoria Secret Model parties.
