300g rice( with dal ofc ;⁠-⁠)

1 glass (250ml) milk

7 almonds

3 walnuts

20 minutes sunlight


Evening (Snack)

45g soybean

1 carrot (~50g)



Dinner

1 glass (250ml) vitamin C drink.

2 besan chilla (100g total)

1 boiled egg

85g dahi

1 ragi roti (50g)

50g rice

50g moong dal sprouts

2 tbsp ghee


Before Sleeping

Dr Pal. You should be giving a better idea than mammogram..... everytime they jam the breast with the machine, there's inflammation and it's so painful. Most people operating that machine are careless and unskilled and the mammogram harms even more. Please suggest a better painless method. It will encourage women to go for a screening...many avoid it because it's painful.
