Wonderful information, but the problem is people are blind and don't want to think about 30 yrs , they think, hold property for 2-3 yrs and take profit, and go to downgrade. But it is pure gambling

ਜਿਆਦਾਤਰ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਇਨਕਮ ਤਾਂ 1 ਲੱਖ ਡਾਲਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈਗੀ ਕੈਨੇਡਾ ਚ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਮਿਲੀਅਨ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਪਤਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿੱਥੋਂ ਲੈ ਲੈਣਗੇ ਉਹ…….ਇਨਕਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਲੈ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਕੀ ਘਰ ਹਵਾ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਲੈ ਹੋ ਜਾਣਗੇ

A comprehensive analysis by Mr. Kalsi. He is realistic and not pessimistic in his approach. While it's true that individuals driven by self-interest or hunger can jump into real estate at this stage, but it's a bigger trap, as explained by Mr. Kalsi. As a nation, the ratio of HH income to the cost of dwelling is moving Northwoods and might soon become unsustainable. Nobody is paying attention to it. Govt, on the other hand is implementing band-aid solutions explained by Mr. Kalsi, which are hurting the economy. Nobody is paying attention to the basic issues of making Canadian economy stronger by improving the capabilities, encouraging the environment for capital investment, and innovation, thereby taking Canada to the next productivity level. The biggest savior of this economy is its proximity and linkage to US. As the environment in Canada is becoming unfavorable, the gap in the two nations is widening, as indicated by the USD to CAD ratio. Hope the good sense prevails soon. Otherwise, we are heading to the bigger surprises for common citizens. Thanks.

ਵਿਆਜ ਦਰ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਨਹੀ ਹਨ ,ਅਸਲੀ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਕਿ ਸਾਡੇ ਬਿਲਡਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਰੀਅਲਇਸਟੇਟ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਰਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਕੀਮਤਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧਾ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ।ਸਰਕਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਬੈਂਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਪੈਸਾ ਬਣ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
