Louisville needed a kick return for a TD, a fake punt numerous questionable calls on 3rd and 4th and long at Miami was still in control of the game for 90% of it. Brom can take his belly aching and kick rocks. Miami was obviously the better team.

I am definitely concerned about Duke. I didn't realize they were on the schedule. Realize who is their coach and if he shuts down the offense to any significant amount, we are screwed. Also realize that two fourth downs were used for short yardage DEEP in our territory. Miss one of those and its over. That's a chance you don't ever consider unless you feel your defense can't stop the other team.

This guy in the golf jacket. He was on the gameday panel. When Miami was getting ready to play CAL. HIM and a former Cal player was the only ones to say Cal would win . This guy even got up and did the CAL chant and dance. His distaste for Miami and cam made him basically tell a LIE because news papers are still being printed and delivered everyday

Miami is a fraudulent team. Defense is terrible, multiple games being bailed out by the refs.

The Miami defense didn't have a great game, but after watching the game again, it wasn't as bad as it looked. The media with their quick judgment just repeated the same narrative all over college football. Here are some interesting stats and analysis:

Louisville 3/12 on 3rd down.
Louisville 106 yards rushing with a 43 yard TD run. 20 for 63 all other runs.

The Miami special teams gave up a kickoff TD and a fake punt resulting in a TD on the drive. Miami had a fumble inside their own 30 resulting in a TD. Maybe the defense could have held Louisville to 2 FGs, but the way I look at it, that's at least 14 points that should NOT go against the defense. The special teams were responsible for 14 points So, without ust the special teams plays, it's a 52-24 score with less than 5 minutes in the game before Louisville scores their final TD, which would have made it 52-31 game. That's how close the game really was to becoming a blowout. The Miami defense gave up some chunk plays, but Louisville had plenty of extra possessions that kept them in the game.

Brohm complaining about 1 call that was the correct call. It's not even controversial because the refs are taught to let the play go because a ruled fumble can be corrected and it was. I don't hear any of the Louisville fans or coaches complaining about the atrocious holding by their OL the entire game. The only time holding was actually called was when the Louisville OL literally tackled the Miami DL. Just pathetic by the Louisville head coach.
