Lucid just needs a team of guys who are obsessed and passionate about Halo as much as he is. Everyone else just wants to scrim, and not worry about prep, but IF Lucid gets the team he wants, they will be an unstoppable dynasty. Optic was almost that, but you can see right here that APG wasn't with it, so he got kicked, and then others weren't as talented, so Formal threw his weight around and got Lucid, and Trippy kicked, so Formal could build a squad of great individual players who have fun, and just play unscripted Halo which is great, but Lucid right now is not on a team that wants to do their homework. If Lucid got that team, Optic would be in huge trouble no matter how much talent they try to stack in their favor. I would like to see this team come together. Lucid, Gunplexion, Druk, and Trippy. That team would be ultra disciplined, and would be unbeatable. Not because of individual talent, but their discipline. They would all sit with Lucid and breakdown VODs for days, and weeks, and develop insane strats that no one would be able to break for a while.

I’m so sad I missed the streams when Shopify shafted SSG 15-1 I heard Lucid’s stream was comedy

SSG's current roster is a top 5 team so I mean no shade, but it seemed that no one wanted to play with them/they couldn't find anyone to play with. I could be wrong, but me, I would've never inked this team because it's too much of a style clash.

Another awesome video. Liked the Shyway and Apg part. The 2v2 idea seems like a good idea and go best of 5 and switch teammates and do it again and go from there and see how each of them play with each other. Then go scrim other teams and see what positives you got out of it and go over that plus maybe play 2v2 in mm and get more of vibe from each other.. just my opinion on it.

I been sayin Lucid seems tilted over all since the break up, at first I thought I was reading to much into it but now im thinking he needs to chill and get out of his head his raw talent is enough to go on autopilot and get ish done like grabbin a sniper mid air 🤷🏾‍♂️

feels simple to me, they have 3 "igls" which will never work. The way you think when you are become one just makes it a lil slower since you are calculating everything going on with ur teammates. I know obv every pro does this but IGLS do it way more and that just makes them play slower. IDK how they thought this team would work at all, they need 1 monkey brain W key player for this team to work if not 2

Just look how Lucid complainswhile he plays on stream. His overthinking is about to destroy 2 teams, now.

SSG have the worst pacing in the top 4 by far. I’m a firm believer that everything at the top level is heavily dependent on pacing. Easily the most important factor. It’s not just about being fast all the time either, I think Shopify are the fastest team I have ever seen in this game, but they lost against OG because OG have a better understanding of pace situationally imo.

And the thing with Lucid “overthinking” and “over-preparing”, I can completely understand why that would mess with team chemistry more than it would help. But I also understand why his mindset is like that, it literally won him a ring and he was the best player in the world when it happened. The team just needs to 100% buy in to one philosophy, and they’re obvi not down with Lucid’s so if he wants to survive at the top he should 100% differ to a different philosophy.

Sounds from this clip is that lucid is the issue. I predicted that stellur and lucid would bump heads tho. Even snakebite, just too much brain power, that isnt compliemnting one another but rather probably disagreeing and causing tension.

i dont think VODs are bad. Lots of sports orgs watch video. NFL, NBA, NCAA. i think ppl just love to gloom and doom create drama

If SSG is looking for one move- I'd go after Falcated for Lucid. I think both teams benefit from that move. If not SSG should get Falcated and Suppressed for SB and Lucid if they want to completely change the feel of the roster. But outside of Faze players- I dont know who's talented enough/also available to make the SSG roster better. Maybe they dip back into the EU pool and snag Wutum?
