There's so much charm in this movie even after all this time, I love every single aspect of it.

And they say Arnold can't act. The acting by Arnold in this movie is great. Also, he plays two different characters in this movie, Quaid and Houser, with different personalities.

Call me strange, but this scene and the following one always gave me ASMR tingles. I don't know if it was the beeping of the devices, the music, or the low-key tones of the speaking, I always found these moments in Total Recall very calming.

This sounds better than an actual vacation

everytime someone mentions missions to Mars or anything Mars related, I can't help but quote this movie. "Yes we should send a Nasa probe to Mars! Benny's got a wife and five kids to feed!"

This less the Implant scene and more the sales pitch for the Implant scene.

That simple shot of the girl changing her nail colors is so prescient on how mindless people today use sophisticated technology just for vain self-indulgent purposes.
