In this video, we dive into why scientists like Dr. Andrew Huberman are skeptical about biohacking.

Even though biohacking is rapidly gaining popularity due to people like Josie Zayner, Bryan Johnson and Dave Asprey, many experts are waving red flags.

We'll break down some wild biohacking stories, what the scientific community really thinks, and share a four-step plan for safe, effective health and longevity practices.

Whether you're all in on biohacking or a bit skeptical, this video has some eye-opening insights and practical tips.

I’d love to hear more about the impact of sleep on health and longevity. I really enjoyed your conversation with Dave Pascoe, but I don’t think he talked about his sleep routine.
Thanks for making interesting and relevant content.

Biohackers tend to be big risk takers. The "longevity community" are biohackers driving the speed limit.

Seems like a lot of what Dave Pascoe was talking about was where his heart space was. He seemed to have a love for people and God. His motivation seemed to stem from this spiritual joy.

Andrew hates bio hacking because he doesnt have any products to sell to biohackers. AG1 , be skeptical about that, its big money for these guys.

You mentioned that sussy Biohackers often try to sell a product. Do you think Bryan Johnson falls in this category?

What is your opinion on Huberman is sponsored by athletic greens. That is expensive and is not even mentioning the amount of the ingredients. Also that he is cherry picking his guest thay always agree with the guy. He is in it for the money.

In my opinion, people like Bryan Johnson and Dave P are legit because they test. A lot of others I feel are algorithm chasers. Peter Attia was a big fasting pusher until he wasn't. I know I'm singling him out, but many are similar.

I strongly disagree. It is a continuum. The professionals are attempting to artificially separate themselves. If they do it, then it is not hacking. If other people without a Doctorate do it, they are "hackers." A Doc was taking Metformin, NMN, all sorts of stuff. Then he pulled all those videos, as each supplement failed, and announced that he hated hackers. Just slapped 80% of his audience in the face. The people in the audience were also stopping taking stuff that failed.

The reality is no one has the data on humans for longevity science, so it is all hacking. The more science we get, the better. The hackers want real scientific results as much as the scientists. There just are no results. If you do anything to enhance your longevity, you are hacking. Ordinary doctors don't care about your labs unless they fall outside of normal. And they don't even know what optimal is for most of the values.

Where is the evidence that 8 hours sleep is better than 7 hours and 40 minutes? How low of a resting heart rate is too low? What body fat level is genuinely optimal? Heck, what should the relative % macros be at? Guesswork.
