ОтветитьHappy Thanksgiving. 🦃
ОтветитьWhy didn't they fire a real explosive
ОтветитьWhy are explosives so illegal and unable to be shown? If someone well known/respected is doing it safely for education, it should be legal. I mean, said tester could send whatever is left after to government when they're done.
ОтветитьThis guy is good- knows his stuff. His value as a teacher is high. No doubt he was at least a senior NCO. the Biden administration and secdef Loyd Austin RAN THESE AND OTHER VERY EXPERIENCED COMBAT VETS out of our army & marines when they were needed most. These are the guys that keep young, inexperienced, terrified, scared soldiers focused AND ALIVE on the battlefield & chaotic situations. he should be hired along with other former vets to go back and teach new soldiers.
Ответитьthunk
Ответитьwish they would make a video dedicated to the thumpers buckshot round vs a ballistic dummy
ОтветитьI don't get there, but I get close.
ОтветитьThank you for blasting my eardrums during the intro and lowering the volume when speaking. Makes for a not at all annoying watch.
ОтветитьLove the M79!
ОтветитьThe "poooof" sound of this thing is so Epic ! :D
ОтветитьT800: "Excellent."
ОтветитьWhen used in Vietnam with beehive rounds they would pin Vietcong to trees
ОтветитьCol. David Hackworth said the M-79 was the greatest weapon R&D ever came up with.
ОтветитьThe 'Blooper'!
Ответить“Roach, you need a flare man?” “Nah, he’s close, he’s real close…”
ОтветитьThe term "combat wombat" described someone stocky and sturdy, and can quickly travel short distances, don't call us stupid because you don't know what things mean. Because that's stupid.
ОтветитьHow would it feel to have the "T2 Grenade Launcher Shot" done to you, out of one of those? You know the scene, in Terminator 2 Judgement Day, when Arnie shoots that swat guy in the back with the Grenade Launcher? Wouldn't that put the guy in a wheel chair? I mean, if your like me, then you'll recognise that Grenade Launcher as the T2 Grenade Launcher.
ОтветитьAgree, Until it is aimed at myself. Happened.
ОтветитьHave a night excursion hunting deer with that m-79.
ОтветитьWhat makes a good demoman? If I wasn’t a good demoman, I wouldn’t be sitting here, talking to you now would I?
ОтветитьI used the M79 in combat in Angola. Great weapon. Best method of use is airbursts using overhead trees etc.
ОтветитьThe M203 has a shorter barrel too. It's already hard to aim accurately if the M16A2, or other rifle, is not aligned to the M203's barrel. I don't even remember the M203 being rifled!
ОтветитьAustralians are not stupid
ОтветитьAlways launch into respawn zones for max effectiveness
ОтветитьGuys - dial down clowning. Dial it down by 90%
ОтветитьThere was also a shotgun type of round for the M79
The weapon was also named the "bloop gun" after the toy
M79 😍😘😘😘😘😘🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Ответить270 m/s? I think you meant fps and even then that's faster than what they go. Most are around 240-250 fps tops for the low velocity rounds like m781
Ответитьi can see the Thumper is ready to settle down :P
ОтветитьLmfaooooooooo micah
ОтветитьJeremy is cute AF 💞🥰😁🙋🫂🌹💯 I'm always here to support Jeremy and see his beautiful Angel self ❤️👼
ОтветитьYou have to watch the grenade launcher scene in apocalypse now after this video !
ОтветитьAhh, 11b's called 'em Bloopers...listen to the sound
ОтветитьMax effective range...200/250 yards. No sights.
ОтветитьTo make clear, it's been so long.
ОтветитьThose flash bangs are pretty cool 😎
ОтветитьThe thumper looks upsidedown no matter how you look at it.
ОтветитьDo a China Lake 40mm shotgun grenade launcher
ОтветитьI cannot disassociate the M79 from the Deepcore 40mm PGL of Deep Rock Galactic.
ОтветитьI carried the m79 in Vietnam, I must say after awhile we did not use the sights. The weapon was super easy to use, and a dream to clean lol. Did 3 tours and lived this weapon.
ОтветитьYou know that gun is almost as cool as, oh I don't know? ME!
ОтветитьAbout twenty years ago I was a contractor for the navy working in the western pacific. There was no, repeat NO combat component to our job. Also on our ship was a retired ID corpsman who occasionally interacted with the Navy supply system to get medications and medical supplies. We worked out of Yokohama but the Doc had to go to Yokosuka to pick up stuff from Navy supply. It was about an hour on the train across Tokyo. Now the Japanese are REALLY serious about their gun control. Anyway, one day the Doc comes back with this long thin package. We didn't think much of and just assumed it was a bunch of charts or something. Open the package and what do we find? That's right. The Navy sent us unsolicited with no proper weapons issue paperwork an M79. It was a clusterfuck wanting to happen had the Doc been stopped or arrested by the Japanese police. Just remember that when get shaken down for a CIF shortage.
ОтветитьMy dad carried that during the Vietnam War fighting communist, then after the war, the communists put him in labor camps dismantling down B52s.. he said it was an awesome weapon, made the commies jump, duck and drop.. Buddha bless his soul.. Miss you dad..
ОтветитьAustralian here, we do in fact call it the "Wombat gun" its also still in service today haha
ОтветитьThe Bee Hive round made up of flecthchets or the the Buck Shot round. Great for up close and personal defense rounds....
Ответить"Take note of this wren this is how you open a door"
ОтветитьWould make a great Father’s Day gift.
