obvious cheater is obvious
ОтветитьThose losses are when he messed up the order of moves in reproduction and had to abandon the engine. Probably he is using an obscure engine to fool icc. Also, he is probably a 13 yo brat :)
ОтветитьWhat is the pleasure to win with a comp? I'd rather loose a good fighting game than to win like this! SHAME ON HIM - if that's true.
ОтветитьThe bright side is, this was the highest rated opponent on this channel :-)
Obviously cheater though
I would have let the clock run down, might as well waste some of his time.
ОтветитьNone of his moves are instant, they all have a delay which is indicative of using an engine.
Ответитьmaybe he really had Vallejopons somewhere nearby
ОтветитьMaybe he is using an engine just to play as Vallejo, it's like a novelty account. If the games are casual I could see the fun part about it.
ОтветитьProbably just some 12 year old in his room abusing rybka! :P
ОтветитьI don't think you should so readily assume the name is bogus. I met a girl called Krystyna Dabrowska, a chess player from Poland. Google tells me there are other people with her name.
I wish you had finished that game, by resigning early you handed him the win and, presumably, fed his ego. I would like to see how he got on when time was short. At worst, you would have lost but maybe not.
Yeah I believe Paco Vallejo has a contract with chess24 so he wouldn't play elsewhere.
ОтветитьThanks for using the comp in the analysis, it adds another dimension to the analysis which makes it more enjoyable. I wish you would do it more often.
ОтветитьThe real Francisco Valljeo Pons is Tack (on ICC). Unfortunately, cheating is a real threat, especially with the large over the board cash tournaments. Most chess players have a characteristic known as integrity. Not this guy...
ОтветитьReply to Summerfield, who commented. Sure other people have same names... but what are the chances they are GM with exact same rating??? Fat chance, sir.
ОтветитьReminds me of Kasparov vs. Deep Blue, 1997. When he thought the IBM team was cheating by letting a human player aid the machine, it disturbed his equanimity.
ОтветитьChristof, if he is the real Vallejo Pons he's a cheater lol, you just don't take with the queen on c5 in 4 secs!
ОтветитьPlease tell us, if he was banned after all.
ОтветитьQ x c5 in 3 seconds. No human takes that in a blitz game that fast, except for maybe Naka, Carlsen, or Andreikin. Obviously a cheat. Glad he got banned.
ОтветитьI understand there's no doubt this guy was cheating but when you do figure it out 100% it would be cool if you played on for a bit explaining why his moves aren't human, or would that be too masochistic?
ОтветитьHe beat Yardbird twice?! :(
ОтветитьIs this on the ICC 5-minute auto-pairing?
Ответитьvallejo jajajaja casi
ОтветитьI don't think VallejoPons intentionally played Bd6 to humiliate you. VallejoPons probably meant to play Be7 but mouseslipped and played Bd6 instead. That said, I'm not siding with VallejoPons by any means and I'm really glad VallejoPons got banned.
