Needed the white coat in this video.
ОтветитьWoohooo bee waiting for a new D2 tutorial video from you ❤😁🤗
ОтветитьGreat video , I ran my reactivity to low for over a year.
Ответитьseen some people using disc in the 40s , ever tested it? also, iv tested using positive ground balance , as in slightly higher then the actual ground , and it works so well in some places. dont know if you have tested it ?
ОтветитьGreat video! Over the two years I've owned the D2 I've set it fairly close to how you describe. My 3 primary programs all run full tone audio. General program runs good in my soil using 24khrz. I have quite a bit of magnetite. Deep HC kills it in parks and sensitive full tones in high trash and iron!
ОтветитьVery grateful for you sharing your knowledge freely .Appreciate your explanation and demonstration of settings and machine thanks for taking time to post was a great help.
ОтветитьNice, thanks for providing this.
ОтветитьI have a Deus 2 being delivered Monday so this just made more sense to me than reading the manual online. Only subscribed a few months ago to your channel and have learned quite a bit. Thanks for all the knowledge you share.
ОтветитьThank you very much i always hunt colonial sites in New England and have an issue with iron this is going to be a big help
The only question i have is about the tones do i hunt full tones 5 tones ect square or high square i have a feeling you will tell in a later boot camp also i always says my Deus 2 is cursed because i dont find any silver hardly and i know there got to be some but i wonder if it is because of all the iron that tends to be on Colonial sites and I see I tend to run my reactivity too low
I love mine and have found some super deep relics in iron infested campsites!! With my own custom settings also!!
ОтветитьTHANK YOU! Awesome lesson for newbies and oldies! More please!
PS: I need one of those T-shirts 😂😂👍
Awesome video Calabash! Thank you taking the time out of your day to help us out. This little black box probably has more in it than the original Apollo Space Capsule, it can be a bit overwhelming! I like the square 5 tone to make nickels stand out, the tones remind me of my 3030. I'll definitely start using the same tones and settings across all the programs now. I didn't realize how being all over the place with settings and tones was messing me up. HH
ОтветитьJust like everybody else, I'm still learning and tweaking my Deus II but have already dug some incredible finds with it. But if somebody could please help me learn something. Unless I'm relic hunting, why have the discrimination set all the way down to 6.8? I have never found anything good below a 34 TID. Everything else I have dug up below that TID has always been metal trash. Has anybody found something of value between a discrimination of 6.8 and say 30? Once again I'm sure 6.8 is quite useful for relic hunting but other than that, can somebody shed some light on this for me? Thanks.
ОтветитьI'd love to see one of these videos for the Manticore!
ОтветитьGreat video, could you do something on the manticore.
Got my D2 dialed in from all your past videos. Really like the manticore but still trying to dial it in for relics, not as much info on relics and iron as there is beach. Thanks a million.
I don't have a DEUS II yet, but when I do get one I'm going to follow this good advice!
ОтветитьAwesome video! Exactly what people need to in order to learn their new machine. Can't wait for more!!!!
ОтветитьThanks for sharing. Ready for more. 🍿
ОтветитьStill not sure about that SILENCERS
ОтветитьI've had the D2 for about two years and you have helped me more than any manual I've read. I have a question about the multi frequency mode. Am I spinning my wheels using it instead of the single frequency on the iorn ladden home sites I'm normally hunting? I do usually hunt in sensitive full tones and a modified version of it set up pretty much like you suggested except for the frequency change. Thanks Calabash and please keep up the awesome job of teaching your followers.
ОтветитьVery good video. Can also be related to the ORX and even the Deus 1
ОтветитьGood info👌🏼
ОтветитьThe video I needed. Thanks man.
ОтветитьI like the Triangle Theory you've shown here Cal. just like in photography...this theory can also be use to similar detector other than Xp. specially the tone advice, like if you jump from tone to tone in different program it will definitely mess up your learning curve because a tone can sound prolong or chip in other program.
ОтветитьLove this video clearly explained calabash very helpful . Thank you
ОтветитьTest gardens rule.
ОтветитьGreat video Calabash but I'm kinda confused. Are you saying when it comes to frequency to only use one? Like my homemade coin program I noticed if I included 40 it would not hit as clear on a coin so I did knock the 40 out and it helped. I don't understand if your saying to just use frequency aren't you hindering the machine to dial in lower and higher hitting metals at the same time? Hope that made since. I caught that crazy 8 right off the bat!
ОтветитьExcellent video! One needs to understand the math first before using the calculator! I need a Deus II video like this for salt water diving. If I ever you come to Florida we can hunt here and the biscuits and gravy are on me! 👍
ОтветитьFantastic! Thanks
ОтветитьVery helpful 👍🏻
ОтветитьWill these settings work for the Beach and Beach Sens programs as well? I have been getting allot of falsing and erratic sounds when in salt water with waves. Mike in sunny Florida
ОтветитьBravo
ОтветитьThanks for the video Calabash. What tones do you like ?
ОтветитьMy Deus 2 will be delivered this week. This video is CRITICAL and I thank you for taking the time to make it. This is good stuff.
ОтветитьAre you running version 2.0 I may have to update mine. I still have it on version 0.6. Thank you for that video.
ОтветитьI just got the deus 2 in the mail, been testing it on canadian steel core coins, and failing spectaculary in FMF, fast 40 mono works good on the steel core coins, but in FMF i cant get it to pick up the coins without letting all iron in, disc 0, silencer 0 and i can get a tone off a steel coin, but a rusty bottle cap opener i found also sounds like the coins, looks like ill be doing a lot of hunting in mono if i want to dig the clad
I wish i could set minimum frequency, i think if i could set it to only use 24-40 khz FMF would do better
deus fast program has less filtering?please let me know your thoughts.i like your video
ОтветитьWhat program would be good for a fur trade post site where big iron (guns and parts) probably are present as well as french gold being possible?
ОтветитьGood stuff brother - thank you.
ОтветитьThank you so much for breaking it all down. I'm not new to detecting, used exclusively Minelab, CTX, Nox 800, but the Deus is very new to me. Appreciate your time and experience.
