Well unfortunately with the current defence budget all the army can do is paint afiew tanks. They realy need more funding

In WWI, the British had 'dazzle camouflage' on ships, which did exactly the same. The uninformed observer could see 'something', but they couldn't tell what, how many, how far away they were or what direction they were going in.

It could be theres less tanks to spot

This is a long way off being "new"

This is bullshit. Just a few hours rolling around the countryside and the vehicle will be covered in dust/mud, negating any fancy colour scheme. How do I know? 12 years serving in an armoured regiment.

I think it will only make it hard to see for the digital equipment armed forces have to use these days. There is nothing wrong with a few bushes and scrim.

The fact that the video icon says "British's new...." may suggest some level of improvisation in the content..

I think that large, heavy main battle tanks are now almost obsolete.

We got told to paint our Chieftains with new Anti Infrared paint, no paint brushes and not enough paint to go around, so we used petrol to get enough to finish the job, we painted our new Super Dooper Anti IF paint with cotton waste.
Looks great in theory but who does the painting etc?
Doomed to fail. :(

As an ex tank crewman myself (14/20 Kings Hussars) anything that will delay the enemy seeing you and bringing their weapons to bear has to be good.The unfortunate thing now is we and the enemies we might face have advanced electronics to help finding our adversaries.There are intelligent drones , and all manor of sensors and I've no doubt sensors that will be able to pick up things with a mass ,such as a tank however it's camouflaged .
