Note: This video shows a comic bent by CGC. I have also cracked dozens of slabs recently and found the same result, yet CGC claims to not be damaging books. It is unclear what their motive is for lying about the issue, but they are likely doing serious damage to their brand by not owning up to it and fixing the problem.
Please reach out to CGC and let them know about your experiences with bent/damaged comics. Hopefully, they won't ignore us or the evidence forever.
