I am using these post covid (symptomatic) for my recovery; they are easy to follow & lets me work on my endurance without leaving my tiny apartment!! I'm able to meet my 10K steps every day which makes me so happy. Plus the non-stop music is fire!!! Can't wait to get better & work on Kickboxing & HIITs. Thank you <3333

Ответить80 active calories and totally forgot to keep track of my steps. Definitely got in around 2000+ steps with this one.
Did this one again…70 active calories burned this time. Really like the standing oblique crunch. Fun and sweaty. 🥵 Thank you for the great workout Olivia!
