Just look at how absolutely neat, clean, and spotless is the surrounding outdoor area. That’s the way it should be.

Cool tour! I wonder of one of these sale bins contains H0 Kumoha 115 parts... and whether I can find someone crazy enough to go & fish them out for me. Also: cool to know they actually DO make these tiny kei trucks as models. Couldn't find those, now I know what to look for. Thank you.

Kato have been turning out amazing-looking 009 locos for PECO. I liked that little slice of Devon, which is exactly where they are.

If your in Shinjuku take the Odeo line from 27 (Shinjuku) to 33 E I forgot the station name but make your way to the Kato hobby centre from there

Great video but one piece of advice... just slow down a little. There were so many transitions... you should just stop and record for a longer period of time so you can actually see and enjoy it.

Other than that, I cant wait to get over there. Ill be needing an additional suitcase to bring home!!

Wow, what an amazing tour of the Kato Hobby Center in Tokyo! 🚄🇯🇵 It looks like a paradise for model train enthusiasts with such a wide range of scales, layouts, and especially those incredible Shinkansen bullet trains. The variety of N scale and HO scale options must be quite a sight to see in person.

I'm curious, which part of the store impressed you the most? Did you find any particular train set or accessory that you would recommend? Also, how do the Unitrack systems compare in terms of ease of use and flexibility for new setups?

My wife and I had the opportunity to visit Japan from Atlanta in 2019. We loved it. 
This showroom was near the top of my wish list. Needless to say, I had a great afternoon exploring the retail offerings and watching running trains racing through interesting scenes.
I loved that local enthusiasts could run their trains here. It was a wonderful highlight of my trip.

I went there last year for the first time. Ended up buying a lot of stuff. Two V15 One V11 One V16 6 Island Suburban Platform DX B. One E7 Shinkansen One DD51 and 11 carriages of cargo container train cart. Had a very enjoyable time there. While i was in Japan I also managed to find a rare Sumikogurashi and Rilakumma E231-500 so i decided to buy that too.
