Day 1✅ struggle a bit but over all I made it
Day 2 ✅score but still made it
Day 3 ✅very good I thought I was getting a bit better still feel the burn and it’s hard
Day 4 ✅felt a bit easier but still hard
Day 5 ✅my last day I felt more positive and would still like to continue doing this work
My abs are on fire!!🔥 👍
