I’ll try it
ОтветитьBeautiful heart wood on that too.
ОтветитьYep boss good idea
ОтветитьWanted to thank you for your video, I duplicated your rig and it worked perfectly, I’m working on a table using pine from my property and plan on doing many other projects thanks to your simple, inexpensive idea. Thanks again and keep up the good work.
ОтветитьThis is excellent, i do small wood working projects and have several smaller logs, cherry, walnut, maple and have been trying to figure out how to get them milled down and this is excellent.
ОтветитьMy idea is that after preparing the raw wood with a chainsaw, you can add equipment like the so-so-priced ‘SKIL 16-5/16 In. Magnesium Worm Drive Skilsaw Circular Saw - SPT70V-11’ to cut clean boards and posts in a productive way.🥰
ОтветитьI’m 62 in good health been physickle all my life also been leagally blind all my life I see with my hands I think
This will be an excellent jig for me l heat my house with wood can run my still ms 361 blindfolded thanks for
The inspiration have 150 acres to practice with
Brotha man great job you just earned yourself a subscribiearyer
ОтветитьVery cool,
ОтветитьFor the band saw to work better built a cradle for your beam to attach to. Then you have a straight edge to run down the side of a fence.
ОтветитьNice job!! Thanks for share. Awasome video, I have a large Walnut log that Im going to attempt this on Thanks again
ОтветитьDude, great video thank you for sharing this important information
ОтветитьOne thing about trolls, they unknowingly drive the algorithm!
ОтветитьGreat lovely.
ОтветитьAll is so good to me. And I’m a carpenter of 30 years. I’m going to use a 3/4 on top off my rail ( 2x4) and drill through the 1x. There for giving me another 3/4 depth at a 90%. Of course I’ve not built it. But I am on my way to the hardware store.
ОтветитьLove it. Very creative. Thanks!
ОтветитьVery cool. Thanks for the whole tutorial. I have a 28” larch wind fall on my west line that has this written all over it!
ОтветитьLove it. Now make yourself something so you aren't bending over like that and hurting your back! :)
ОтветитьSuper simple great design. Got a bigger stihl I'll be building one of these for. Thanks
ОтветитьFaydalı bilgi. Bunu bizimle paylaştığınız için teşekkürler. Rabbim iman nasip etsin İnşallah.
ОтветитьDon't let morons bug you this is a great way of making usable lumber from logs. There are a lot of stupid people that think the know something good when they are dummer than a box of rocks. I am a lifelong carpenter and i approve your idea. You could redesign your idea using a ladder instead of the 2x4 this will add more rigidity and control.
ОтветитьGreat job, well done and good luck 👍
ОтветитьVery interesting and very very good to !!! Enjoyed it too…. Great work sir
ОтветитьAmazing!👏👏👏
ОтветитьDo you wax the wood for better sliding? Like they do surf boards or burn the wood? I can also see using dry baby powder as a lubricant to slide on.
Ответить20 bucks you can buy a metal one.
ОтветитьJak ciąć drewno w plastry?
ОтветитьDoes abreaker need to file down a bit to cut like that way.
ОтветитьHey loco,a toda madre!!🤜🏾
ОтветитьMan, it's the best pat down clip I've ever seen and did not missed all basics. Thank you very much for sharing.
ОтветитьAll right! I knew somebody knew.
Building a little solid log cabin, want to mill out the lumber.this design is my favorite.
Not going to buy a beam machine.gonna make this instead.
Really great. I was wondrin if lateral stabilizers of the log would help, just a few stakes maybe... On larger pieces, would 8x2 rail have better stability?
ОтветитьCool! I have a bunch of saws and my favorite is my 40cc Echo that I ported and polished and advanced the timing. It's super light and powerful!
ОтветитьVery good. Thanks
ОтветитьLol brother, why are you so aggressive. I feel like I've been berated and manysplained for 20m lmao
The whole saw and flatness of the cut is depending one bolt with the weight way out on the end. It would work a lot better to have the saw between two rails or have two points of attachment on the bar
Don't forget to wax your wood
ОтветитьI like this.
Ответитьhey man not bad!
I'm going to build one slightly modified. your design seems great, this was quite innovative. I've built whole homes most my life and never thought to use wood to cut wood other than some fancy folding saw horses i hand built
nice
Ответитьgreat video, straight to the point, you got my subscription
