Why I Started Using This Day Trading Indicator (the best!)

Great explanation… thank you! I started learning trading 10 months ago from a person who uses VWAP. He didn’t explain it as you have and, to me, most of the time the candles were so far below it that I didn’t see the point of it so I removed it. Now I get it and can see the reason for using it now.

I’ve been live trading since Dec 6. Sure isn’t like sim (where I made $42000 in a month). I’m pretty much even (minus the damn commissions). An eye opening experience for sure. My question to you is the same that I have for any dt instructor. Why do it? I mean why put yourself in a position where you can be receiving arrows when your making tons of money from trading?

TIP: Some people combine this indicator with Volume or in Pair it with another indicator : 9 EMA (or MACD + RSI momentum)

I am trying to use it, still somewhat new to me. I typically do not use indicators as I just use candles as I just trade on price action. I am not very "technical".

Well...I'm just starting to use the VWAP after hearing about it for so long. Literally today. Like everything else, I'm going to take my time to get a feel for it. I waited so long because it seemed like a trend: no pun intended. Compared to other indicators, VWAP seemed to lack statistical processing of the input values. That is to say, it seemed way to simple! In the context of your explanation it makes sense that it's a powerful tool. Essentially it represents Supply & Demand. Trading is a business more than a statisticians game. Thanks for taking the time to explain this!

Have you ever used the VWAP for an over-night swing trade? or do you restrict its use for day-trading? Also, can you recall my situation where the VWAP let you down, and what were the specifics of that situation(s)? Thank you for sharing these great videos.

I Heard, it is something more profound, in trading activities for someone who wants to get ahead, it is advised to learn and operate with VWAP indicators.

I do not know the statistics of success, never got the check how succesful are traders using strategies of that level, I just Heard, it is the Best.
