I think it's interesting anyone is ready to throw the female led team over and give him an out. They ALL worked those hours. He's very charming, but so are toxic narcissists. It always smelled off to me, that Ellen was blamed for him, but he made more money then her. She always protected his behaviour with grace, but she's a straight shooter and she alluded to toxic behaviour. Theres no excuse for causing colleagues PTSD.

My take is he is a good guy when he's not stressed, but grace under pressure is the true test. Again... were just the peanut gallery. No one cares what we think.

I worked in production Netflix, NBC, Hulu, honestly I believe it's the work schedule. I remember being on set for certain shows at 5am not leaving til the next day at 2am now doing that on a network show with big as Grey's would be hard for anyone. Trying to do TV and film. They say diva attitude but after a long shoot. it's hard to bubbly every waking minute when you're exhausted

Ellen Pompeo seems to be the one who is difficult to work with. It's the only successful thing of her career and tbh, it the talent of the rest of the cast that made the show memorable.She's just not a nice person. Barely any OGs left. Cancel already.

I feel like actors get on each other toes since their exhausted. 15 hrs. Thats a lot. Leaves you 9 hrs to sleep... To spend with your time with family and be yourself. I have a friend who is a celebrity in my country. She not that big just minor roles. She would go off to work at 5am. Finish the taping at 12am. Got exam at 7am.. she was juggling her work, school and friends all together. We would meet in her break for coffee. But just walking distance in their set. Laugh how she got all those energy and still be functioning

You guys,m this is old news, Ellen and Patrick get along just fine. He was on her podcast a couple weeks ago. She calls him patty. Would she do that if they didn’t get along. This is old new, they’re literally bringing back old drama that’s older over. 😒

Ellen is a yes girl to Shonda she hasn’t had an original thought since shonda put her hand up her ass is a puppeteer. It seems like every single actor is a problem maybe they should look at the root of it so white it’s been 10+ actors that are the problem I think the real problem is shonda and others in control. Shonda is a clear racist so I am sure that plays into her treatment of crew and actors. If he was so bad they wouldn’t have him back I mean they claim they had PTSD from him so why the hell would you put your workers through that?

like c'mon does no one see it yet? Ellen Pompeo is the issue in alot of the problems that occured. Her real life image seems fake entiltled she grew up as a girl on the block almost hustling odd things. She caught a break let money fame get to her she didnt make this show she was a part of it yess but no amazing acting out of ellen tbh. TK Knight,Sandra Ohh,Sloan,Katherine Heigle,baily,webber,alexx, patrick,sloan,lexie,so on u get it made this show team effort 9/10 are dead lol all by season 10 weird 2 of them won major awards not ellen also ellen said this show wouldnt be a show without me its greys anatomy but tbh maybe but if i had the choice ellen or even half the cast that died i wouldnt choose ellen. lastly ellen also says she wanted to prove the show could go on with out them meaning she wanted the spotlight to be the best the saviour but i mean yeah the show is good up till the newest season my opionon but wasnt great as it was all shows come to a end cast dont get along but her entilted butt should be gratfull and see that this show was made because of all thos former cast members not her sorry love meridith grey but now ellen?Like were on almost 400 episodes or more rite like its ok if it dies down its a miracle its still going tbh rite but these former cast members are the real stars
