Ultimate Video Studio Desk Setup!

Any alternative to the currently unavailable Lilliput A8 8.9 inch monitor?

i was think that all of your cameras was DSLR.... like canon SL3, RP...... literally the name of the channel!

Building this setup now. Ran into a snag. Wanted to see if anyone can give some advice.

1. Got the laptop hooked up to a clean monitor for my keynote presentations. This monitor is an extended view of the laptop.

2. When i hooked up the teleprompter monitor to the splitter and then the switch connecting to my laptop, i can no longer have extended view of the first monitor.

Something about the splitter or perhaps the switch is preventing extended view as i get the teleprompter setup. Any advice?

For the audiophiles here, is the preamp recommended to use with the audio interface as a combination?

Those desks look great and the price is good too. In the UK I can't find them apart from on ebay so the delivery is about the same as the desk. That setup is inspirational. I'm trying to decide on a setup just now and this has given me loads of ideas.

Anyway to get this to work with dual monitors already set up on a M1 Mac mini? Followed instruction, but can't slide screens over to the camera monitor on the teleprompter.

You using blackmagic atem mini. The atem cant record in 4K, for what do you using atem? I bought your luts for canon and im satisfied. Thanks

This is such a phenomenal setup, thank you! Question: is your MacBook an intel based one? I cannot get my M1 MacBook Pro to recognize the other external monitors. As I google, apparently Apple changed external monitor capacity with the M1 chip.

Love your setup! For the rack mount behind the table, is it mounted (screwed in) only on the “lip” or back side end of the table? Do you feel that it provides enough strength to hold your rack gear? I have an 1176 compressor (2U space) and was thinking of mounting it similar to yours but a bit afraid of only using the two too screws of the rack mount. Appreciate your time! Thanks!!!

I love this!! I’ve started ordering pieces, already had the Husky desk, and now I’m working to customize it.

One question, how did you mount your 2U rack mounts on the desk? Mine just came in and it looks like it probably will need to be mounted into the wood of the desk as well as to something else lower. I’d love to see a better view of yours if possible.

Now please do the same with a bed and a wardrobe :D :D :D

Now, the HDMI Splitter / duplicator appears to no longer be available on amazon. I have tried another, more expensive one -- Kanex for around 45 USD but it fails to split the signal into my Atem Mini Pro ISO. Not sure if its the Mac M1 that puts a limit on the number of monitors (2 that I have in use) as this duplicator would essentially make the second "share" monitor into a third monitor when it show up on the atem. Please recommend a workaround or another HDMI splitter currently for sale. The ones I find listed on amazon all have less than stellar reviews.. Thanks!

I know this is an old one—but anyone ever experience laggy half-frame footage coming out of the ATEM during recording (not streaming)? This is a recurring issue for me and I’m struggling to find the source and solution
