Where can I find the exact same grille can anyone let me know plz
Ответитьi call it the " business look". just right 4".
Ответитьtheres no "knock, knock when the suspension tops out????? be honest!!!
ОтветитьHi Matt where did you buy the braided rear brake lines?
ОтветитьI have the same z71 tahoe 6in lift 24x14 will i need 2in wheel adapters to align with front wheels since it gets wider with lift??
ОтветитьYou can always measure from bottom of fender to ground
ОтветитьI’ve had cheap 2” Amazon spacers on my ram for 3 years now and so far so good. I’ve even towed another truck with them still on
ОтветитьI'll take your old springs lol
ОтветитьDid you crank your keys all the way?
ОтветитьIwouldn't use red locktite. Generally a torch is required to get fasteners apart with it, and re-torqueing will be off due to the extra force needed.
Ответитьan adapter changes the bolt pattern to fit new wheels
ОтветитьExcellent job and explained
ОтветитьMy only concern is you wearing condoms on your hands while working on vehicles 🤡
ОтветитьYou could also set the hight you want take out the bar and key once your hight is to were you want it,put the bar and keys back in then you have the extra to use as you are put the bars an keys back in it with it already in the hight you want, it's a matter of removing them lifting it then putting them back once it's higher up
ОтветитьTahoe looks good 👍
ОтветитьDo u have a video where u removed all the z71 trim and step bars. More clean look without it for sure
ОтветитьOmg, what a helping video, I appreciate those of you that share your knowledge. Would you say your looking at about 3 inches of lift? I want a 3 inch suspension lift for added ground clearance, but I'll have to wait for my torn rotator cuff to heal. Thank You for sharing your knowledge.
ОтветитьWas that road test on 9w?
ОтветитьVise grips bro !!!?
ОтветитьThat's pretty, bet it would look even better with 37s. I'm slowly working on stuffing 37s under mine.
ОтветитьJust crank the keys and it’ll be fine except for the cv angles
ОтветитьQuick tip for those watching a year later like myself. Kryptonite has an entire front end kit that has a lifetime warranty, its expensive but worth every penny, especially for the balljoints and tie rods which are a weak point in the gmt800 platform
ОтветитьWhy did you take the rear tires off
ОтветитьI hope you answer, did you use rear coil spacer?? Thanks! Tahoe looks amazing!
ОтветитьNew York city!! Gotta love it. Cool video 📹
ОтветитьWhat happened to your passenger side running boards?
ОтветитьI hate the back of my tahoe with more height, can I just install the shock extenders in the front to level with the rear?
ОтветитьIs the torsion key in the rear ? I have a 02 tahoe about to do it on it
ОтветитьSo my LT 05 Tahoe is 4x4 and I've noticed the lean on the driver's side of it and what I found out it's common and known as the Chevy lean and I know because of the gas tank and such is on the driver side. It's more weight but is there a way to get rid of the lean or make it just barely noticable? Because at first I thought it was the shocks but then digging in further apparently the lean is a common thing
ОтветитьVery interesting and informative. Good job Matt. I'm picking up a 02 z71 in two weeks, will be using many of your ideas. Cheers
ОтветитьAs you tighten the torsion bolt screw us the holder supposed to slide sideways and not sit straight under the key ?
ОтветитьWhats the front windshield tint
Ответитьwhere did you get your front end blacked out bumper can you give me the link to that
ОтветитьArthur we are going to Tahiti.
ОтветитьSo much good info on here, super detailed and informative. Answered some questions I've had, made things clearer. Subscribed
ОтветитьThis is amazing!
I can’t tell you how awesome it has been watching your videos!!
How much did you spent for lifted and do you know what is the stock height or the adjustment bolts from the torsion bar where are supposed to be at? Thanks
ОтветитьDo you have a 2500 hood?
ОтветитьDidn't sound like virtually no movement.
ОтветитьWheel and tire size?
ОтветитьLifting the front seems to be the easiest and cheapest way to level the Tahoe. I Hate the back being so high. Actually, the front looks too high with the new key so maybe adjusting the stock one might help.
ОтветитьLove your videos Matt
ОтветитьI want the camaro how much
ОтветитьYou have convinced me to go all in on my 2003 Chevy Suburban Z71 to do what you did except for the spacers. Tahiti looks gorgeous.
ОтветитьWhat a complete, informative and soo helpful videos! Keep the good work for all of us whom are gearheads enthusiasts, ty very much👍.
Ответитьlol what a tool bag
ОтветитьI love this video one question what size tires do you have
ОтветитьI just got a 2004 tahoe 4x4 z71, I replaced all the front links and suspension, BUT I installed 3" to 5" front shocks and the ride is so damn rough, I have like 2" travel on the front shocks even after installing 3" keys, what can I do so it's a lot smoother?
ОтветитьSO THE SHOCK ADAPTERS ARE THEY USED TO HELP LIFT THE VEHICLE OR ALLOW THE SHOCK TO HANDLE THE LIFT I'M DOING A 3 INCH REAR LIFT AND THOUGHT IT WAS STACKING IF I GOT ADAPTERS ALSO BUT IN MY MIND IT WAS JUST ALLOWING THE SHOCK TO TRAVEL PROPERLY WITH THE INCREASED HEIGHT OR AM I WRONG
