I have this issue and will be doing this upgrade at some time in the future, I wonder if this is only happening with DCT equipped vehicles? - well done mate, saved and liked
ОтветитьHere I am watching it trying to block the sun with my hand 🤣
ОтветитьI would be tempted to get one of these for my sr 2017 pd auto, but this looks way to hard to install. Just wish it was possible to install without taking so much apart.
ОтветитьI was told that this does nothing for 2019-2022 kia forte gt 1.6 cause the waste gate on the forte gt is different than other 1.6 engines
ОтветитьGreat video, really helped! Some odd questions, can I use the stock hose? The pierburg inlet seems to be tad bigger size but it seem to stay on with stock hose. I went from the top and find it hard to remove the hose completely. Also the check valve at the stock wastegate hose, can I keep it attached?
ОтветитьI have underboost like 0.7b (should be 1.0b at least) in my KIA Ceed GT with the same engine. It is that solenoid's fault? I cant get what is wrong..
ОтветитьHi I own a 2011 Kia optima SX turbo, does this part connect to BOV?
ОтветитьIs this suitable for the 2017 Tucson 1.6t?
ОтветитьIs the location the same for i30N bov solenoid thx mark
ОтветитьBEWARE: This company and race chip will not honor anything if you blow up your motor. They are selling to folks desperate to do something to their cars , akin to drugs use or opioid, this is exactly similar to a car. Just come out of this foolish and costly addiction, ask for a manufacturer approved ECU tune if available. For example while it was a rip off, got the Polestar upgrade for $700 (50% discounted by a dealer in Michigan) for my XC90, that in real world had some relevant and nice difference to the driving and shifting characteristics of the car along with increased power. FE was not impacted good or bad.
ОтветитьDoes this solenoid work for a 2014 Kia proceed GT?
ОтветитьI'm still getting the wastegate code (P0234) after installing this. Is it possible the wiring harness could be backwards?
ОтветитьI have a 2017 Tucson 1.6L Turbo 80k miles with check engine light code P2563: Turbo Boost Control Sensor and loud screeching/grinding noise when it’s first started then goes away when idling. What’s the difference between the solenoid and sensor? I found the sensor on the pipe that goes from the Inter cooler to the throttle bottle. Looks like a MAP sensor. Removed it and cleaned it with carb cleaner. Check engine light still there.
ОтветитьHi, are there the same issue on the i30n 2.0T DCT, having intermittent over boost issues
ОтветитьThis one here goes there ::can't see anything:: 😢😂
ОтветитьBefore / after??????
ОтветитьWhat a wasting of Time
ОтветитьYou mention yhe GFB BOV is okay with BOV stock solenoid ..I know there is 2 different GFB BOV for Kia Forte Koup 2015 model..do you perhaps know if either GFB BOV is okay ?
