It’s saddening to hear about people’s experiences in LA. Every day someone is speaking heaviness over our motherland, I’m not saying that’s what you’re doing. It’s just a constant projection of heaviness onto here and I’m reminded of it by this. It’s a particular type of jungle and you have to come with reverence for the nature here and ancestors (Tongva) you will be held if you operate beyond the land of holograms Hollywood creates. Pay attention to our houseless too, they are a part of the ecosystem energetically. Definitely move if it’s making you unhappy. Your city that’s meant to be will reveal itself, I know it ✨💓.

Damn, I definitely needed to see this video right now. I went back to school 3.5 years ago, at 26 years old to get my Masters in order to be BCBA (basically a psychologist for kids with autism). The process has been so long and there have been so many hoops to jump through and things out of my control that have delayed me. Every day I think about friends of mine that are ahead of me and people younger than me who are ahead of me and it can be discouraging. I appreciate you sharing this video about how the process can be a struggle at times, even when you are making good progress. Always people out there who need to hear a message like this.
