My wife is Asian and we have been married for 44 years. So I have learned a great deal about Asian veggies over the year. Since it is often impossible to find much variety of Asian veggies in a some what small town in rural Nebraska, (corn we have). We both to garden, so growing them makes sense. Only trouble is the winter time.
