With River Walk does the unit move to an approriate space in one movement; or does he need to walk along the river over multiple turns?

what a great video. looking through the rule book was all so dang overwhelming. this video made it all so much easier to digest the info and apply it. lost my first game, but enjoyed the attempt!

In the trade action, is it possible to put resources on two different hexes which contain workers?

Supposed to be playing this in 2 wks, so will be watching this video over & over. My Brain hurts

My brother and I played a game where his final star was combat but I had three workers on the same territory and we weren't sure whether the star goes on the board and the game ends instantly or if the workers retreat and he loses popularity then the games end. If he loses popularity I win but if he doesn't then he would have won.

I’ve been playing this game for over two years and just learned that at the start of the game your workers are placed on the 2 territories connected to your home base. Always started everything off on home base. Unbelievable 🫠

Thanks for your vids - a couple we play games with loves scythe and I was seriously not sold on it and it looked too drab and daunting and combat/conflict heavy.

I know it was 7 years ago, but you might want to consider adding a bit of text over saying Rusviet/Industrial and Crimea/Patriotic combinations are not allowed. Great video though, I just bought the game :)

Does the Saxony empire ability with the -2 attack in tunnel work if he's attacking a tunnel I'm defending? Because to me if I'm defending it. I shouldn't take the -2 debuff.

I am writing to you from Italy and I have to say that I prefer to watch your videos in English rather than the ones in Italian because yours are much clearer. Is this game better than Catan?

If you have recruit token unlock and someone do the bottom action of what you unlock will you get the bonus regardless of their position or it only gain bonus if your left & right player do the bottom action you have unlocked.

Example: 7 players, I'm the blue player and my recruit token was unlock for Deploy, then the yellow player do the deploy action, will I get the bonus? Or only his/her left & right player which is purple & black player will only get the bonus if their recruit token unlocked for the deploy action?

My Husband is sleeping peacefully upstairs. I’ve set out Scythe with the intention of triggering his fight or flight response. We’ll see how this goes! ❤️

im about to join my friends to play this game. i have 1 hour to learn how it's played. i see a 1/2 hour explainer and think im good. halfway through i'm like i hope i get everything when i watch a second time :3

This looks like Catan except I can go beat up my dad when he's being a a whiney little.... resource hog lol

So I have a question Rodney. I started playing at the white home base, but there is a limited amount of hexes I can move to given that they are surrounded by rivers. However, to unlock the ability to riverwalk, I'd need to place my first mech - which I can't do without paying 4 metal. I can't produce any metal because all the mountains that do so are outside of the boundaries that I can move. This seems like a stalemate to me - unless I'm completely misunderstanding the concept here?
