The first 4 Minutes of this video made me think you are the chosen one, even though this is basic Create 6.

I have an idea, why not make a massive underground complex as your base in the tunnel. And at the top, have a quaint house with a hidden elevator as your way to get in. But loving this series man!!

You need to add a second tier of combines on a sugarcane since you break 2 sugarcane levels because of this, because the 3rd floor just falls out like an object and does not get into the system if you add another combine tier will be larger than sugarcane and fewer lying objects

I have to disagree about rope pulleys. I built a rope pully drill that used a windmill to power it. Got all the details right with a gear shift and rotation speed controller and then attached it to a minecart contraption. It even placed a line of dirt blocks and a single andesite casing so I knew were to put the minecart when I moved it down. It's a huge drill that takes care of 6-8 chunks all the way to bedrock. It produced much more resources than any minecart drill has.

you already have 4 tracks, you don't need to use both tracks in the bypass tunnel as bypasses. you have an outside track on the far side of the cliff, and an outside track inside the tunnel. use the inside tracks for local industrial material tracks, and the outside tracks as bypass/express tracks. shouldn't be hard, or it may even already be configured correctly for that.

If you are going for chocolate berries, chocolate bars, sweet rolls, you might as well add builders tea and honey apples.

create should have like a vertical belt or a screw that brings items up.

The Storage Interfaces don't work sometimes because of a bug with them and funnels in create 6.0. However you could put a hopper beneath the interface to always make it request items. But it really doesn't have anything to do with the rail.

The bypass will only get blocked if you use the rail in same direction of travel, in both the tunnel and dirt factory, to load trains.
Right now, at the coastal rail, a train can freely travel from your base to the central station, but a train going from the central station to your base might need to wait for a dirt train that is loading; so if on the tunnel, you keep the track that goes from the central station to your base, free of any loading sites, that tunnel track will act as a bypass to the dirt factory, and the outermost coastal rail can act as a bypass to a loading station in the tunnel if said loading station is on the your base to central station direction.

I really hope you were deliberately doing the sneak placing for all the drills as a comment generator
