How often in a day to have tummy time with a 5-month old baby?

Doctor my child is just 5 months of age. When I put her to tummy time she cannnot lift her head. Please suggest.

Pointless video. I thought this was actually going to show you some tummy time activities. I I learn from this was place a towel under baby's chest.
