I have not been a coffee "caffeine addict" my whole life! But I drink and enjoy a so-called bulletproof coffee every two weeks as a kind of breakfast alternative when fasting when I get up at 5 a.m. and then drink my bulletproof coffee from 7 a.m. until noon or in the afternoon until my first solid meal! I have been a carnivore & ketovore since I was 30 and have been for 17 years now! That's why my bulletproof coffee consists mainly of black coffee and no milk or coffee cream or any sugar!! Instead, depending on the size of my coffee (300 ml or 700 ml), I add 2 teaspoons of MCT oil and 25 or 50 grams of organic butter to the black coffee, then mix and that's it! It is very calorie intensive, which is why it is an energy source, a kind of liquid meal now and then, when I feel like it, like I want to enjoy this coffee, and don't constantly crave coffee to "function" like many people do their whole lives!
