Most pony owners take you via difficult road. When weather is bad or it's raining, don't go for pony ride, it's very risky, especially when you are accompanied by children/elders. This is my own experience. No doubt views are amazing there but it's not worth the price you pay and risk it carries.

You will not see snow in the month of may only watching snowfall and snow months are @dec,jan,feb,march and april noted these months

Snowy areas are Gulmarg,phalgham and sonamarg
