Ответитьhello guys, I've been using this recipe for a while and I can't figure out why recently the rice has been staying hard. I've been using Goya med grain on low heat for up to an hr and I let soak the night before for over 3 hours.

ОтветитьWhen my mom made arroz con Dulce she would put it in a 9 in plate and the next day you could cut it like a slice of pie and have it with coffee in the morning or any time we use to eat it warm too freshly made.
