ОтветитьHow do you know when too much heat has been applied I use bathing to relax my muscles haven’t tried much ice but I notice some times it takes a lot longer than 20 minutes to relax when I bathe longer I feel wobbly and sometimes leads to pressure in my head from stenosis any help matters thanks guys
ОтветитьYeah these are good.
Been trying wim Hoff, Which, is pretty intense...the box breathing is something you can do anytime and is simple and easy.
NEVER.hold the breath, after the inhale.....This is called KUMBHAKA in hatha yoga.... It is very dangerous... If done excessively, it will open the entire subconscious mind..........KUMBHAKA is an advanced practice that should never be performed by beginners.....It can destroy your entire career.... Im talking from actual experience with this breath, not book knowledge......
ОтветитьI am so " addicted " to your videos! 😀 Thank you, guys !
ОтветитьSo it's basically different forms of pranayam and kumbhaka.
Kumbhaka or breath retention inside or outside can help purify the nervous system. If anyone is interested search kumbhaka and practice it daily.
Pranayam helped me overcome depression and also improve my health.
When i was small i would inhale as much as i can and hold it as much as i can then exhale slowly, i was addicted to the feeling it gave me lol and i sang too so that helped with that
ОтветитьThanks guys!
ОтветитьAfter daily breathing practice 1 set 10x or 15x how long it take to re-train my breathing ?
My breathing is shallow and poor right now.
Wow I actually felt how the air went to my brain
ОтветитьFirst time in the channel and two minutes in with absolutely no information on what to do. I am leaving sorry...
ОтветитьGreat techniques breathwork brothers
ОтветитьHi Bob and Brad, do you always recommend diaphragmatic breathing? Or are there instances when you would suggest breathing into the chest without pushing the diaphragm?
I'm also wondering if there are ways to strengthen intercostal and other chest muscles that may aid with breathing.
Thank you!
My friend, Henry, demonstrated how to do diaphragmatic breathing in a group I was co-leading. It's a great tool!
ОтветитьRepeat this out loud in front of a mirror twice a day while smiling and nodding your head up and down, because you are agreeing with your affirmations.
1. Every decision I make is supported by my whole and inarguable experience.
2. I affirm and encourage others, as I do myself.
3. I alone hold the truth of who I am.
4. I am allowed to ask for what I want and what I need.
5. I am allowed to feel good.
6. I am capable of balancing ease and effort in my life.
7. I am complete as I am, others simply support me.
8. I am content and free from pain.
9. I am doing the work that works for me.
10. I am good and getting better.
I have always been so skeptical about breathing exercises, because I figured, I'm breathing no matter what so how is something so simple going to change my mindset? But I decided to try it today and wow! It helps so much! I am glad I finally decided to give it a try. Thank you :)

ОтветитьI’ve read about the “4-5-8” Breathing, it helped me a lot :))
ОтветитьI had exposure to some kind of deadly black mold for 2 1/2 years in a crappy crappy apartment. Had no idea it was going to be this difficult to get back on track. 10 years later, I'm suffering terribly, but almost back to normal thanks to fungicides and deep breathing. If you want to torture a person for the rest of their life, make them live in a dingy place with that same fungus floating in the air, they will go absolutely bonkers!!! Some of the things that happen are terrible... their brain will literally turn into MUSH within days. Their memory will slowly fizzle out completely, especially short term memory, they will get terrible ringworm all over their body, and there could be some other scary effects, like one eye may start moving about randomly, out of your control. Yes one eye.
ОтветитьSeeing a Henry Rollins quote right out of the gates 😂
ОтветитьI have been running and I am always out of breath. I hope this helps. Going to try it.
ОтветитьYou are talking too fast guys 🙄😒
ОтветитьYou are inhaling through nose.. But from which part you are exhaling sir?

ОтветитьI miss you Bob and Brad y'all sure a breath of fresh air.

ОтветитьIm a shotcaller in the yard a true Player Pimp boss man legit i dont quit pure OG.
ОтветитьThank you for 4 7 8, been looking for a breathing exercise that works, once again thank you.
ОтветитьPlease, show more of the technique and less talking, sorry.
ОтветитьThank you❤
ОтветитьI prefer the 4-7-8 method. It's been mentioned many times in various sources. I really appreciate this video! Also, Bob saying he didn't adhere to the strict counting schedule, and exhaling as long as it takes, etc, really set me free! I do that too but I always felt sort of guilty. I think the main thing is to exhale a bit longer than the length of time that you hold your breath, so you can really clear your lungs to get the next breath in. My interest in this beginning with the covid pandemic. It's good to have strong lungs!
ОтветитьIn yoga class a long time ago, I learned about the diaphragmatic. But the teacher also told us to start with that and then fill your chest as well, and then reverse the whole process in the exhale. Is it bad to use your chest as well? It feels good to expand the chest, and I feel that I tend to breathe so shallowly that my lungs have gotten constricted up there and need to be stretched. Probably need to be stretched all over. I think they get stiffer with age and it decreases your lung capacity.
