This video takes you through the simple steps of cleaning the filter of
the AiroDoctor®.

1. Remove dust from the front of the filter with a vacuum cleaner.
2. The filter is sensitive: do not push too hard on the filter during vacuuming.
3. Place the filter in a well-ventilated area to help in removing harmful gases and germs.
4. Do not expose the filter to direct strong sunlight.
5. Never use water to clean the filter.


Filter Cleaning - On average every four weeks depending on dust exposure and when reset light starts flashing.

1. Switch off the unit.
2. Wear a mouth-nose-cover during cleaning operations to protect your airways from dust and other contaminants.
3. Use a vacuum cleaner to remove dust from the pre-filter.
4. Decrease the number of people in the room during the cleaning procedure and make sure that the remaining people also wear a mouth-nose cover.
5. Replug the AiroDoctor to the power supply and immediately start AiroDoctor to remove floating particles.

Additional cleaning of the particle sensor:

1. Switch off the unit.
2. Disconnect the power plug.
3. Wipe the lens regularly with a dry cotton tip to remove any dirt.
(Moisture or residues of tobacco smoke may affect the function).
4. Only insert the cotton tip in the area of the lens, not in any other area.
