Can u please suggest me sir what I will do, I can't understand this is frauds or real

There is a big scammer in Noida.Its BEYOND SPARKS OVERSEAS LIMITED.They cheat people in name of Canadian work permit visa.They have cheated me,took my money.I am behind them from last one year for my refund.They have given me multiple dates for refund.They even provided me a fake cheque which bounced thrice.please expose them..I will provide all the proofs needed... atleast by doing this , somebody elses money can be saved.
