What are your thoughts on self harm or self -injury, and the recovery therof?

Hi Anita your videos are giving me guidance and are my only friend right now as I am going through my incubation period. I would like to know from you what are toxic relationship and is there such a thing as a toxic person? I feel very guilty about leaving and also fear that I will be alone and not find anyone like me :( deep down I know what I need to do I am still looking for reassurance why is that?

Hello Anita, I totally get what you say about the importance of approaching our food choices without fear. But can you please speak about things like chemicals in our food and water. Things like endocrine disrupters in our water and homes. Eating organic foods pure water. So many things that I have always learned as a naturopath to avoid, which I do (without fear). Surely our bodies are affected even if we are living joyfully? Might it be naive to not be cautious? Thank you Anita much lovexx

I was in a toxic marriage. He would hit me, his parents would find fault with me all the time and his sister too treated me badly. It was the negativity of 4 people that i had to deal with. It is garbage but i have not been able to remove it. These people are still not sorry.

I am sorta stuck lately too, I also had a toxic relationship years ago, so I know how that can be very difficult. Oxy moron: toxic relationship. Disease begins at the cellular level. Cell destruction results from existing in a negative vibration.
The realization (awareness) of the cause IS the solution to changing the vibration to rebuild at the cellular level. Almost seems too simple. This isn't something we begin to understand. It's more like a bolt of lightening. Once awakened, you'll know it.

Summer 2021 I sold my house, got a very good price for it, after asking the Universe to please help me, and wowww they did! Beyond my imagination! Got rid of all my stuff. Said goodbye to my job that was making me sick. And l am now traveling trough southern Europe, feeling so good, so free, so blessed! Meeting interesting people. Seeing beautiful places. It was the best decision l have again made. (Did something simular in 1997)
And l can travel like this for another 10 years. And l will, going with the flow enjoying totall freedom!
Hoping to spark other people their desires to follow their heart! It is a jump in the unknown, but all it needs is trusting the Universe and letting go of certainties! Because certainties are an illusion!
Anita thanks again for confirming what l know! And by traveling on my own (with my dearest dog) is an excellent opportunity to see my garbage, pick it up... and throw it into the shredder for once and for always! Life and our stunning Earth is to beautiful to stay in a ratrace that brings you nowhere but into stress, illness and other dark places!
