Back in the day Body building plus in Fall River, Ma had dumbells that went up to 220lbs. Dumbells over 170 usually have dust on them 🤣🤣🤣

That’s looks awesome! Hate the rubber hex dumbbells but other than that solid set up! Literally only thing missing is the inverted leg press, incline iso chest press and a vertical row and or cable tower.

Having 200 pound dumb balls doesn't really mean anything if you can't lift them if you do left home you can only do it once or twice and your bound a rip a muscle eventually

Prime has a combo leg curl and leg extension with a bench that folds down for laying down leg curls so you truly do get both machines in one. I'm definitely saving up to get that machine.
