I always wondered why 99% of cushion foundations are only for fair skin, with tir tir and unleashia being the new exceptions. But i feel like every other brand who does a cushion will do a variety of shades in the normal liquid, but only like the three lightest shades for the cushion version....

Actually, blues tend to make whites look whiter. That's why blue toned red lipsticks will make your teeth look whiter. It offsets warm tones.
