I found James’ music a few months ago after someone recommended it to me, and I fell in love with all of the songs. This one will always be extra special to me though because it relates deeply to what I’m currently facing. I was diagnosed with depression last year, and music has been one of the reasons I decided to keep going. I can’t thank you James enough for continuously being my light in the darkness. I’m forever grateful for your artistic masterpieces of songs, and I will probably listen to them for many more years to come. Thank you.

I felt this song on so many different levels. If you have gone through stuff and battle with it every day. Basically fight for your life, your happiness, and the ability to remain here and make the best of a crappy situation (whatever that may be) you can recognize that kind of pain in someone else. This reminded me of that. It made me feel like, oh there's someone else like me out there. You may not read this but I thank you for making this song and being an inspiration for everyone who isn't 'perfect' and who fights their own battles.
