Scott Steiner in 2001 was a scary man, that doctor likely developed heart issues right in the ring.

Hawk was not a tough guy, he was a bully that would stiff younger guys so couldn't fight back or say anything backstage. Any time he was in there was someone his own size, he never hurt anyone.
