Before watching the video, here are some that I HAVE heard about:
1- lower all-cause mortality,
2- increased HGH,
3- getting rid of Cadmium (and similar heavy metals) via sweating
4- heat shock proteins.
Would love to learn more!
How come you don't get the mood enhancing effect from infra-red? Or the opioid release?

ОтветитьSo it’s similar to my ice bath… training my mind overcome the hard- breathing is everything!
ОтветитьWhere do we find a sauna- are there kits?
ОтветитьInstead of a sauna, could you use a hot bath and at what temperature?
ОтветитьThank you Thomas! I am an old admirer of you but I changed my…Sub again👍
ОтветитьDo we know if any/all of these benefits apply to steam rooms?
ОтветитьHighly recommend Higher Dose sauna blankets for home use for those who don’t have either the budget or space for a home sauna. Best pandemic purchase. My skin is extra soft after and I sleep well.
ОтветитьThanks SO very much for this wonderful knowledge!! Use to sauna & infrared SAUNA EXPERIENCES were wonderful years ago!!!
Have to have good hearted friends whom can afford the device. 😅😅❤❤❤
Dry heat sauna is best for what ?
How many people died in this study lol
ОтветитьHow long do you need to be in sauna to get benefits ?
Will 10 minutes or so do it IF you go 4-5 times a week OR do you need more time ?
Just wondering if the longevity of people in the tropics might also be attributed to the heat there as well as the sunlight.
Ответитьwould these apply to steam sauna or dry sauna?
ОтветитьHow many times can we use the infrared sauna in a week or a month??? Please advice
ОтветитьWhat about steam rooms?
ОтветитьOh my god!! 300 lbs that’s the most insane fact I’ve heard in this video. Jesus Christ you look fucking amazing and looking at you I would never ever ever have guess that you used to be fat.
I myself have lost 115lbs! Went from 283 to 168 at the moment. I’m still losing and I’m feeling great and you are such a motivation!
Honestly I always wanted to lose weight just to look better, and I always failed because the thin women I was aspiring to be like are supermodels. Yes they are gorgeous but those images are unattainable and unrealistic for the average woman to aspire to be. What really made the difference for me was finally realizing that I was fed up with my weight and realizing that my joints hurt, that I had all this body pain in my 20s and I decided that it was time for my health to change.
Once I started to focus on how I wanted to feel and what I wanted to do with my body that’s when the weight started melting off. Yes I want to look good, who doesn’t? But what motivated me was that I wanted to feel better.
I love this! I’d like to post this on my socials. Do I have your consent? My name is Neil. I’m the franchisee of HOTWORX BELMONT. You are correct on everything! I’d love to share your knowledge and expertise to my followers.
Ответить"Finnish....from Finland"
Bro know his audience is mostly american and they don't know geography
I just started sauna and I love it … it’s so brutal , heart rate hits like 120 .. after 20 minutes I feel like I’ve been hit by a truck … I lay in the pool after and just feel exhausted but amazing ! it’s tough tho riding that 20 min
ОтветитьSitting in the sauna while watching this!
ОтветитьYou’re wife will appreciate the increased blood flow 😉
ОтветитьThis video was so helpful.
Thank you.
Wonder if the sauna lowers your a1c?
ОтветитьMake sure you are well hydrated before going in a sauna.
ОтветитьWell I guess I’m lucky to have No life then 😜..
🇺🇸♥️🕊💪🇺🇸

ОтветитьThomas can you get the same results with an Infrared sauna as a dry sauna.
Ответитьwhat about jacuzzis!!! jacuzzis!!! jacuzzis!!! jacuzzis!!! jacuzzis!!!
ОтветитьI live in a hotel apartment and today was the first day in the sauna and steam room. I can make it happen and go everybday even twice a day morning and night. I work from my laptop.
Is it bad if i do too much sauna ? Mon - fri twice a day
1 hour am
1 hour pm?
Good info
ОтветитьHi Thomas, do you recommend the sauna blanket?
ОтветитьSauna is beneficial! No question! Make sure you replenish your electrolytes, salt and other critical elements.
ОтветитьHi do the same benefits apply when in a hot tub? Thanks
ОтветитьWhen Thomas says 1 hour sauna in the morning and 1 hour sauna in the evening for 3 days to tigger growth hormone… Could this be split in to 2x 30 mins morning and 2x 30 mins at night? Just seems an hour in one go could be a struggle
Ответить“If you don’t have a life or kids” lol me and I sure do use the sauna 4x week. Been using the sauna since I was 12. I always get compliments on my skin and I don’t have wrinkles… yet. I’m 32.
Ответить@Thomas DeLauer, can you make a video on infrared sauna blankets and which ones you deem best? :-)
ОтветитьHi, tanks a lot. The one thing that is always lost about sauna - its social. Instead of a double feature movie - spend the time, relax, talk to people, read a book.... Its not like going for dinner with you friends - in the sauna everybody is relaxed after being in the heat - maybe just wainting for the next session of heat. You really have time to talk to people - and afterwards you are calm, happy amd probably tired. When you use a sauna 4 times a night - does that count as the "4" or as going once? Have a great day, Best wishes from the south of Germany
ОтветитьTime and Temperature are missing!
ОтветитьFantastic video
ОтветитьGeeopanees
ОтветитьThomas what do you think of these cheap sauna blankets on the market
ОтветитьI just went to sauna here in Finland ❤ and listened your video while in it! 😅 I study all the things you "breach" about in your channel. Love it btw. I use sauna only for relaxing purposes, but good to know all these other benefits too! 🙏 Low carb diet + Sauna + fasting = god combo! 💪
ОтветитьI just wanted to share how happy I am with my infrared sauna! After a heart attack last year, I’ve been trying to prioritize my health, and this has been one of the best decisions I’ve made.
I use it about 4 times a week for 30 minutes. My circulation has improved, my muscles recover faster after exercise, and as a diabetic, the fact that my feet stay warm for hours after a session is such a relief. It’s also helped my skin look healthier, and I’ve been sleeping better too.
I chose a low-EMF, high-quality unit from Future Form Official, and it’s honestly the best investment I’ve ever made for my health.
Great informative vid. I recommend a sauna hat so your head doesn’t overheat and I turn you can stay in longer getting more benefits
ОтветитьGreat accessible info! Thank you!
ОтветитьBlock, not "lock"
ОтветитьI go to the sauna everyday on my lunch break. It relieves my stress from work and it gives me energy for the 2nd half of my shift. When I get to the sauna my mind is full of negative thoughts but when I leave the sauna I don’t even remember what I was stressing over.
ОтветитьBRILLIANT INFO. Thank you so much. Excellent.
