Yesterdays performance highlighted that we need to spend and spend big to improve this squad! Eddie tried everything changing tactics continually, but all to no avail. We need imo 3 worldie and a couple of youngsters to boost the squad depth, I would take £30 m for Willock and Longstaff, thanks to both lads aswel as Wilson who has been amazing for us, thanks for a great season Chris, you and Mark have done amazingly well this season

It's a funny old game

Blimey, weren't all of our shortcomings on display yesterday! Crossed the line, backwards, on fire, with the wheels falling off. But we crossed the line...and that's the thing. Pure Low-High-Low of a season, a literal rollercoaster of a ride, but now we have that opportunity. Plus I always find it irritating when other fanbases revel in a club's unwarranted misery or misfortune, with no real justification...SO SOB ON THE MOTHERFUCKING TAME! 🤣HWTL (that Thomas Brammall man, he's a WORLD CLASS ref)

I believe EH gave Mitchell and the Arabs both barrels afterwards. Back in the UCL with the same players as last time and that went well, not. Half a Billion might just repay the lack of interest for the last two years. I have no belief in Mitchell the Gobshite.

I'd like to imagine, although ofc it's daft, that when everyone got back into the dressing room, and they all sat down, Eddie Howe just pressed a button and James Bond/Austin Powers style, trapdoors just opened up beneath Longstaff, Wilson and Willock and they just vanished! Fair play to Wilson though he's been (BEEN) a great servant to the club, but he can't do it anymore really, unless he drops a league down to get paid, and Willock and Longstaff have big FOR SALE signs round their necks... again Sean a magnificent servant and Willock had spells of great play, sadly all in the past. We MUST MOVE ON.

Certainly been a rollercoaster season, but overall CL football qualification and a trophy over shines everything, very happy and amazing progress to get 2 out of 3 seasons in the CL. Player of the season for me is Dan Burn for what he as achieved for us with a big personal improvement from him and also his deserved international call up. all the best.

We have had the best season in many peoples lifetime . . . . without spending hardly anything in the last 3 transfer windows, having to sell players. Just imagine, if we can achieve what we have done factoring these in, what can we achieve by adding 3 to 5 quality players. The futures bright . . . it's Black & White HWTL.

What a bizarre day it was yesterday. Still scrubbing the filth off of me for celebrating Man Utd's goals. CL here we come! What a day! And I won the Ever More FPL league. What a time to be alive :D

Not good for my heart yesterday l was raging at times least said the better, but atleast its not busted with missing out on UCL.
Was only couple weeks back, we were looking at going clear in second place, and without being really bad, till yesterday when the wheels very nearly fell off.
Badly needing a serious quality overhaul this squad, no papering over the many cracks, but depite the success those who know their football, not just on blind faith, have known this all season.
I wait with baited breath, Who we can pursued to come up north to Newcastle.
And thankyou Chris for your efforts, and honest opinions on our club, maybe small now but by far up their with any other channel available.

Woke up this morning properly buzzing after putting that dreadful performance aside overnight. What a season from eddie & the lads to get a cup & CL football with that threadbare squad is unbelievable! What a season, HWTL! Cheers chris.

It has been an Amazing season for our club definitely the best in my lifetime supporting the Toon ⚫⚪

As much as I wanted to see Villa or FOrest in the CL over Chelsea, the 5 teams who performed the best over 38 games made it. The five teams who won 20 games earned CL. Toon got 1 point at their bogey team, and Villa did not. THAT could be looked at as the difference. A dodgy refereeeing decision and the NON VAR ruling doesn't change the fact that VILLA did NOT show up and were dominated by the worst MAN U team ever. They got up and Villa did not. Now, true, that Toon weren't exactly 'at it' vs. Everton, but they weren't 'dominated', simply couldn't finish. Had Toon put two in, the narrative wouldn't be anywhere close to "Newcastle just didn't show up" . Our killer Bees, Botman, Burn, Barnes, all had chances to score, as did Poster boy Schär. Even if 1-1 for both the Villa and Toon games would have been the outcome, We still get CL. So, Villa, look yourself in the mirror, and HWTL, (lasses and intersex included.)

Yet again we faded at the back end of the season . This has to be addressed when buying new players . We need players who can retain the ball as opposed to running around .
We need a different way to play because 433 isnt sustainable over a season

Be very interesting who we buy. That young Spanish kid to sign this week who apparently is top notch.

For me a top striker is needed. When Isak is semi injured/not on his game we need someone to step up. Is delap the man? Maybe. Id take Johnathan David on the free personally.

Also Villa, im a big fan of both Ramsay and Rogers. We need to take advantage of their situation now
