The mythic could be used with a 3 set monster set or arena weapon maybe?

How the fork can they buff nb. Literally get 1 shot smoked by blades in cyrodil so long as they have thumbs. Now they can just faceplant the controller. Dks arent even THAT bad.

Oakfather's Retribution is just going to dunk on Oakensoul pvp players, the rest of the sets are meh maybe the 1 axe monster set and Cindermoth is interesting, I wonder if it can be pet boosted since its a pretty hefty damage if its AoE pet and apply burning at the same time.

Im confuse atm Incap those 20% damage after Incap all your attacks now is going to be 10% flat I’m confuse

As a Nightblade main for years now..... I just don't understand! Like I was fully prepared for a couple nerfs because to be honest, we do them just to rain in that crazy burst damage we can do. BUT! to get not 1 but 2 buffs instead is just insane!
If anything I want Suprise attack to get a small buff given it just pointless to use at this point! but that's me lol

I haven't really cared in a long time so my numbers are probably off but isn't 20% damage ~= 1320 weapon/spell power
And 20% mitigation ~= 13200 armor
And 20% healing = Major plus half a Minor Mending without being a named buff?

Is there a 5/5/2 that gets close?

You're sleeping on Sluthrug's Hunger. In its current state it will be mandatory in organized PVE groups. It's only slightly weaker than Z'ens Redress and it provides damage mitigation on top of that. A dps can maintain uptime on this set by merely casting Echoing Vigor. I suspect it can be front-barred too with a small risk to the uptime.

For Torc of the Last Ayleid King. It's useless sadly. By the time a player gets to CP160 and has the competence to chase after mythics, they probably already have a rudimentary build with item sets. I'd prefer if this item simply disabled all set bonuses and provided bonus gold and increased item drop rates. It could be that overland hard mode we always wanted if they made the downsides hard enough.

Can’t believe necro and templar don’t get buffs this patch!!!

As a magsorc main, I appreciate the shields getting some healing in pvp. Going to need it against the NBs, going to be making so many detect pots too. As far as necromancer, they've been more of a pve tank/healer for the vuln buff and ultimate gen for more war horns. Agree they need pvp love, BIG TIME.

I know pvp necro just got fried but I thought the playerbase was already at an understanding that they dont really care about pvp to begin with so you just gotta go with the flow and play whatever ends up working

For that mythic item, are “set bonuses” only the 5 piece bonus for sets (Ex: BSW 5 piece bonus)? Maybe sets like that newer pen/crit/damage set where you get added stats for how many pieces you wear would work. Other than that, I’m not sure why it would be any good.

I'm a bomber and I'm loving the sound of that aoe crit armour. Pair that with vd or pb and it will hit so hard.

The developers could give two shits about pvp. Housing & zones are their focus. If they didn’t say in the year reveal that Q4 has huge pvp changes incoming i would’ve cancelled my eso plus but ZOS is smart when it comes to dangling the carrot for pvp plebs.

Wow this is bringing flashbacks of update 35 that's what I sounded like then when they finally finished off my werewolf builds are just trash weak underpowered and broken the last couple of weeks all I've done is just log in grab the daily and log back out, I've been playing palworld and with this update I finally found the reason to finally pull the plug under ESO the devs have truly succeeded with their incompetence to finally destroy ESO

With sets, I seems like they are just running out of creative juice. And honestly, with so many already in game for the pace of the years, can you blame them? Maybe time to develop other carrots to entice players into content.

whata hell was this patch ? WHY they changed the only good blast bones? why not buff the necro other spells like give them something, anything would be better than this

Let me whine about death stroke changes, but while I read those changes I happen to skip the part that gets nerfed about it. How convenient.
I'd prefer they keep Reave and dont buff the damage. I probably will need to slot siphoning strike because of this changes, instead of another useful skill. So anyway, I agree with you, leave it like it is

As NB only main that never ran Oakensoul and prefer solo PVP(not ganking) and play only PVP, I see its time to quit... Another lowering the ceiling and raising the floor... Oh everyone so excited and calling those buffs, while no one does actually look at the actual math of full 1-2 sec burst combo vs actuall target running minmaxed "meta build"...Not to mention to take into account whole sustain and survivability especially when more ppl are on you... Most nbs started zerging since hybridization cause it was too hard to solo-duo, now it will be impossible... blackwood/deadlands I remember if I killed a group of less then 10 players in 5 minutes solo I didn't consider that X, now ppl fapping on 1v3 1v4....

New mythic should be great to use for testing class vs class to highlight the lack of balance. For instance, put the new mythic on a NB or DK then let a Templar or Necro use anything they want and see who wins.

Oh no, DK has sustain issues that need to be fixed? When is the last time anybody back barred wretched on a DK?

Can we just get class buff to Necro and Templar that buff crafting? Since that’s what we who mained one or the other use them for now?

I think the Antiquity might actually not be totally useless (that doesnt mean it would be good) for a newer player, that has a largely empty stickerbook and hardly any complete sets. I sense in this secenario these flat bonuses can be better than you idiosyncratic gear pieces set bonuses. At End game both PVE and PVP this item is useless of course

Devs of this game are the biggest morons I've ever seen, 99% of sets in this game are shit and they keep adding more useless sets, never buff rarely used sets and if they nerf sets this means this gonna kill those sets (example: hrothgar/snake in the stars). They don't know how to balance they just nerf and that's it. They seem to give me less and less reasons to came back to play this game. I'm sick of fights against the same builds over and over again. Sick of those 'BIG PVP CHANGES".

I think the state of the game requires less class changes and more set changes, allowing for unnamed buffs to stack so heavily is to good

For nb buffs, concealed weapon no longer grants major berserk. Theyre adding a 10% base damage increase to concealed weapon specifically. Then, in addition to that, if activated from stealth will grant concealed weapon specifically another 10% increase in damage.

This is why they're increasing the damage of incap by 10%, because this already exists in the game from the major berserk that we'd normally get from concealed weapon. So the damage of incap isn't something necessarily new.


The increased duration from incap to 12 seconds is ridiculous, though. Very unnecessary.

They balance for pve. Pvp necro was only good with harmony, but it was way too strong. The entire concept of harmony on your own skill was dumb. Id like to see harmony bump youre weapon and spell damage by 200 per when you synergize for 8s. Housing is dumb in this game, agreed.

Idk I really like the sorc heal. Might make them a bit more survivable.

Nb needs a buff for pve and they seem to not have pvp in mind for these changes. The skills should honestly do diff stuff in pvp
