ОтветитьHello Ma'am, I'm 21 years old and I have Hypothyroidism and I'm unable to gain weight. I barely look like a 21-year-old :( So can you suggest yogasanas to gain weight? Based on BMI currently, I'm underweight. Also Ma'am I've (re)learned doing Shirshan by watching your video. When I was a kid my mom made me do Shirshasan and after few years I couldn't practice it. But I learned again watching your video! Thank you so much, Ma'am!! :)

ОтветитьHello. Thanks for sharing this video. I just started yoga again, after about a year off, and my thyroid is acting up after yoga exercise. Is that an indication that I should keep going or should I stop. I used to feel great and rejuvenated when I did Yoga, but now, my thyroid is not letting me feel good. Thanks.

I randomly was going through your videos and here I found the one I'm suffering with... I have been doing everything to loose weight but there is no improvement.. Please tell me if this alone will be useful to reduce weight along with my thyroid problem.. I would love to hear from you.. ОтветитьHi rashmi, i love all of you videos thankyou so much. I just did this as i have fatigue and wonder if its thyrooid related. In the UK they test thyroid function differently to most othe coutries so its very hard to get thyroid dysfunction diagnosed and very frustrating. after the headstand i felt very emotional all of a sudden and tears actually came to my eyes which i didnt expect at all, i think the htyroid is very related to emotions and experiences too! thankyou for this.
i want to ask when yu are in the fish pose how should your jaw be? should i have my teeth together or should i relax my jaw and let it fall? thankyou xxx
