Week 5 update

Hey everyone! Well, I lost a battle.... I gained a pound this week... However, I'm still winning the war as I'm down over 20lbs total!!! Follow along as we go out snowshoeing, something that is A LOT easier and enjoyable now that I have shed so much weight. :)

I have been combining 4 methods to achieve this and those are:

1) Exercise - Walking 1hr 3 days a week. in addition to 3 days of upper body resistance training

2) Water - Consuming the proper amount of water in a day, I will be using a water app on my phone to monitor this

3) Nutrition - I will be using the MyFitnessPal app to monitor my caloric intake as well as portion sizes which have been a large part of the reason as to why I have gained this weight.

4) Intermittent Fasting - I will be eating during an 8hr window every day (noon to 8pm) and fasting the remaining 16hrs.
