Can confirm.
ОтветитьAnd video games mimics this as well. If you don’t have a dopamine issue, you will from playing video games. Cuz this causes the brain to be excited at a very high level along with adrenaline spiking. Kids get so used to this high release of adrenaline and dopamine that when they are absent of this, normal feels low and depression occurs as their brain goes into withdrawal from these levels. Suddenly simple pleasures like riding a bike or painting a picture are stimulating enough. Then they become easily angered. Then they sit in school all day and they cannot focus at all cuz their brain is so low from no high stimulation. Then anger, agitation and restlessness kick in and they are getting in trouble and unable to learn cuz it’s too boring.
ОтветитьI also don't think people realize depression, anxiety, loneliness or a feeling of stagnation aren't reasons to medicate because we've somehow lost this knowledge that these are human emotions used to help us in many scenarios. Everyone feels anxious, depressed, sad or lonley sometimes it's about the ways you handle those emotions not the emotions themselves. You will never be able to control the emotions that you feel but you can control how you react to the emotions you feel and that's what's important not only to your health but i think your character.
ОтветитьI’ve gone through this since I was 18. Weed through college switched alcohol into adulthood when I got a career, blow if I really wanted to have fun and could be clean in a few days….always chasing a buzz. Even now, I don’t drink, I don’t do drugs, but I’ve replaced it with kratom and testosterone. My new dopamine hit is seeing physical changes in the mirror.
ОтветитьIf you’re addicted to excitement and drama and deep depression,
it’s a bad Dopamine addiction.

Honestly, turning it over to God is the only way I’ve learned to Be Still. 🙏🏽❤️
Use to drink a fifth of rum every night after my job, been alone most my life to now and with shear will power you find ways to stop! But someone sayed you have to have something to fight the day and they are right! I used Marijuana to fight might alcohol use! And it worked...
ОтветитьDEPRESSION Will kill your dopamine… we live in a unsatisfying world . We are slaves to the rich . Until we solve the issue our health will never change .
ОтветитьYeah wow shit every addict knows already and no answer from this guy. Great video 🙄
ОтветитьAddiction. It’s almost always a persons desire to fix something in themselves. This is something drug dealers have always capitalized on legal and otherwise.
ОтветитьIt's ALL SPIRITUAL. I was an addict most my life. Ended up homeless for yrs and everything that comes with. Jesus Christ is the ANSWER. 👑✝️
ОтветитьLegalize ibogaine if you don't know what it is look it up it's the drug that all pharmaceutical companies don't want us to have
ОтветитьWell yea. But that doesn't make people money. Thats why I'm still sober. I chose to fix my dopamine level.
ОтветитьExactly
ОтветитьDopamine deficiency 😮 yup thats a huge part of it
ОтветитьThis is true for most people, unless you’re physically dependent on a substance I believe you’re just addicted to the dopamine rush. I’ve suffered through coke, alcohol, weed, opiates, you name it. But what really made me look inside was when I got addicted to love and it felt almost exactly the same as a drug withdrawal. We get addicted to an amazing feeling of euphoria that cannot be replicated without whatever gave us the most.
ОтветитьPBD is the man
ОтветитьI have a dopamine deficiency
ОтветитьOkay, I don't disagree but you're not accounting for personality disorders
ОтветитьGarry Brecka is his name
ОтветитьCorrect. Dopamine is the addiction.
ОтветитьPlease can some one reach out to me to tell me how I can fix this dopamine problem PLEASE
ОтветитьYou said nothing
ОтветитьOmg…thank you for putting it into words. I’m recently sober and I think for good this time. It was a decade of dopamine addiction
ОтветитьRocket science eh? Imagine that. Treating the underlying cause of addiction. 🤷🤔. People don't even understand who or what they are.
ОтветитьWhat’s his name please
ОтветитьUsed to take Mdma and Molly every weekend when I was in my early 20’s . Always smoked grass but got into that and a little coke a meth a few times . Shit I snorted it . I hit rock bottom , forced myself to move out the city I lived in and literally started from ground up again. My family helped but I kept getting in my own way. Finally I focused on just getting my life straight , had a good job and I would literally walk 12 miles to and from work or uber if had money .. I made it work . Met my wife during this time and now all I do is smoke grass. Even took that down. Prob will always smoke But that’s it. Every year around same time for past couple years I have a hard craving for a hardcore upper . Used to be so hard to ignore . It use to be all the time but now it’s almost completely gone. Anytime it comes I pray and then I also look in the mirror .. not today satan never again
ОтветитьTreating the cause will kill an industry. Especially relevant now, the cartels are simply supplying a demand, why is that demand there?
ОтветитьAddiction starts from some desire to escape
When you fix that the rest falls in place
As much as I know drugs are bad and addiction sucks, sometimes it' sure is nice to have a bump
Ответитьyall are still addicted to shit?
ОтветитьWhat is this guys name?
ОтветитьMy roommate was a alcoholic, got sober, and literally became addicted to suger. I kid you not, he would have 3-4 of the biggest and sugaryest Starbucks, 2-3 baskenrobins biggest ice-cream shakes and probably 5-6 44ounce sodas a day. His body was literally shutting down but insisted it was fine and better than alcohol. I would argue that besides the bs he would cause from being drunk, the alcohol was better.
ОтветитьDopamine is bs else everyone would be addicted to amphetamines and L-dopa
Ответить90% of real addicts don’t shift their substances they are addicted to if your are a opioid addict u might go from heroin to oxy to fentanyl but never to a crack or meth addiction. But I’ve listened to Gary and am trying to take that L- tyrosine to up my dopamine by supplements. Hope he’s right
ОтветитьAs a former addict, he nails it. Will definitely watch the full podcast.
ОтветитьThere are foods, supplements, and certain activities/exercises that help the body with dopamine issues. Those along with proper therapy can have great results.
ОтветитьMVA=CHRONIC PAIN=DOPE AH MEAN?
ОтветитьAddiction is often a symptom of a mental and physical metabolic dyscrasia. I believe. A simple nutrient deficiency will cause compensatory mechanisms that manifest perhaps as addiction. The Metabolic Mind is an interesting concept for sure.
ОтветитьSolid points but tubers are addicted to generic backtracks that demean any message. In all sincerity, lose it. It’s a defeating exaggeration. (music)?!?!?!
ОтветитьLet me guess. His “wellness” clinics are cash only and priced for the wealthy.
ОтветитьYessir
ОтветитьHearing people talk about how a god saved and healed them is nauseating, scary and sad people actually beleive that stuff.
ОтветитьProbably underdeveloped nervous systems
ОтветитьThis guy is smack on!
ОтветитьWho is talking?
ОтветитьSo wise....
ОтветитьYes and do tiks also come from anxiety or stress?
ОтветитьAddiction is spiritual. Kick out the demon, overcome your addiction.
