We used to have two Raymond high-level narrow-aisle sideloader forks (I don't think they even make this model anymore) operating back to back in an aisle with drivers filling from the head and tail of the aisles. One day, a driver stuck her head out to check a load. The one behind her didn't notice and crushed her skull between the top safety guards. It was a tragic day. RIP, Lucy.

Many people are saying its not the drivers fault, it sure looks like it as they don't look experienced enough.

that first section of the video is hard to watch.....that must've taken weeks or months to clean up.

I been working in warehouses for about 10 years. Things that I noticed throughout the years, other workers aren't alert and the company always wants to stack the pallets to high, they should only be triple stacked but sometimes they want to go 7 high and they wanna be cheap with the shrink wrap!

these jerks laughing... they wouldn't be laughing if THEY were paying for these acts of incompetence. I'd withhold paychecks after reviewing some of the videos. The first incident- that was NOT the forklift driver's fault- not at all. THAT was a poorly set up warehouse. No domino barriers, no buffers - I hope they were able to dig that forklift driver out and he was okay. Ya- some of these vids- it was indeed bad warehouse design but the other vids, and the guys thinking it's all a big joke- they wouldn't work for me long.
