ОтветитьFor some reason I’m really slow when I do these exercises. I always seem to be about 5 reps behind when your on your last rep. Does speed come with time or do you have any recommendations for improving? And thank you for another epic workout! 💪🏽☺️

Even though it’s cool that you have written workouts in list form in your recent videos, I really need to watch and follow what you are doing through a work out.
