Clever move by China by cancelling 6.1 trillion dollar based transaction and shift it to yuan based. This move will reduce the demand for the usd significantly. As all BRICS countries will eventually shift their transaction away from the usd the value of the usd will be diminished. The end result will be higher interest rate in the usd and thereby increasing its national debt even higher as the usa faces more and more difficulty to finance its huge increasing debt. The financial system will eventually break down as the world no longer trust the usa bringing a total collapse of the usd.
