This has been happening in San Francisco for atleast 25 yrs

In the early 2000's I knew a homeless man that was getting disability in my area from the state of California. He had to have a "guardian" on his bank account that was a local business man whose son was friends with the homeless man as children. Both are now deceased.

But if you tell this guy, "We got a bed for you, a shower, a roof over your head. All at no cost to you. Now, you must adhere to our rules: a curfew, no drugs, you need to bathe, you need to work to find a job." And this guy will tell you to go fvck yourself.

The guy with the hat acts as if homeless money is on the up and up. If you are a person who has lived the right way, you will have difficulty getting benefits. If you have been a bum your whole life, you will have absolutely no problem maxing out benefits--these people know the system.

I told you ages ago it was a choice.

Cali has the most homeless because they have the best weather.

Why not turn the prisons into a housing unit where homeless people can live and be watched over and not policed but there would be no profit in that.

But I've got a cousin who lives out there on the street and he says there are whole streets where everyone on Friday goes to one place and they put money on their card every week.
