What a beautiful town.
The church makes the pice insignificant
I wish we had a bigger budget as the house is fabulous
Which price is correct. Big difference?
ОтветитьHave to agree, this could be a good-sized apartment absolutely anywhere. Kind of spendy considering all the details that need attention...paint, appliances, kitchen cabinets, laundry etc., not to mention you need to furnish the entire place. Mountain views are spoken of, but I question if you'd even see them when seated. Looks as though it was "modernized" some time in the early 90s (more like post-modern with that fireplace).
ОтветитьThe churches in Italy are so beautiful. Thank you for bringing us inside and thank you for being respectful in Our Lord's home.
ОтветитьThis is pretty ordinary
ОтветитьYou had me on the double garage. 😃
ОтветитьThe poorest parishes had the most elegant churches, because the population believed that if life was hard here, there was a better place to which they would gain entrance by their generosity and well-behaved living. These churches were built and maintained by the sacrifices of humble but pious people.
ОтветитьYou would carry groceries up and garbage down in a house like this. Been there, done that, but it wasn’t great. I like this walk-in closet! That’s unheard of in Italia.
ОтветитьI would have to give up my Vanagon. This town looks like a nitemare to drive in.
ОтветитьI enjoy seeing the towns!
Ответить1988 is calling and they want their house back.
ОтветитьThe Church is beautiful.
My guess a man choose the floors, tiles, and colors. Don't like the layout. Am I in Italy. ? Walking inside , you'd never know it.
Its just not for me.
Great tour of town.
magnificent church...thx for showing
ОтветитьAgree. The blue living and kitchen area is awful. Nice home, but not distinctly Italian.
ОтветитьI would get rid of the blue and Chang it to light yellow.
ОтветитьWow, rush hour traffic in an Italian borgo. 😂😅😂
I like this place.
I'd put in a good kitchen and maybe even an island and a dining set against that stanchion on the kitchen side.
Does the boiler heat the rads, or does the fireplace? Thermo something or other.
Where is the Italian government getting
The money for all the construction they are doing all over the country? China? 😮
We could do some reconstruction over here, but our government prefers to spend our money on foreign wars. Billions and billions.😢
This is a good one and the price is right.
Ciao Dave!
What a shame they didn't carry the timber flooring through to the up stairs space.
ОтветитьIt helps me tremendously when you give us a tour of the town we are in. Please don’t stop doing this! As you said, “Use the fast forward if you don’t want to tour the town.” And the bits of history or information that you share with us about the area are invaluable, seeing as how I probably know nothing about this town. So, thank you! And keep up the good work! ❤️
ОтветитьIm confused because in the middle of the video there is a reference number and price but it is different than the header of the video. Is this house €63,000 or €169,000
ОтветитьI love your walks through the towns in the beginning! Please keep doing what you do! Thank you for your videos 😊
ОтветитьThis was such a busy town! Happy to see and hear people going about their day.
ОтветитьI like the church ⛪️ better than the house . But thanks 😊
ОтветитьSo if it’s an upside down house and you’re on the top veranda having a dinner get together……but the houses across the street have bed rooms on the top floor…..your neighbors might not appreciate your upside down floor plan! Just saying!?
ОтветитьYou keep saying how cheap it is to install a kitchen in Italy - so why do they remove the kitchen cabinetry before sale? Surely self-defeating?
ОтветитьIt’s basically a staircase with some characterless rooms attached. Very dreary street, lovely views of the neighbour’s bedroom from the rooftop terrace for those who enjoy that sort of thing. Great fun hauling the shopping up three flights of stairs to the kitchen. Love the blue pillar right in the middle of the living space. Really breaks up the feng shui!
ОтветитьGreat house. Well done to the owners🎉
ОтветитьLooks like a hard-sell to me, especially at that price. The town looks interesting. Would love to see more of that. The Church was impressive. Wonder how many people attend Mass on a Sunday. The "living" area is on the top floor? Imagine having to bring groceries up all those stairs. Who wants to spend time on an outdoor terrace with all the neighbors looking at you? This home seems charmless. The color scheme of the interior is awful. Most of the flooring would have to go. To make the place charming, a lot of work would be required, and more investment. Not sure it's worth it with all windows facing city streets. Maybe it looks better in-person.
ОтветитьI like that it has a garage while in town.
I'm less impressed with having the living area on the third floor and having to carry groceries up three flights of stairs.
There is nothing special about the place.
Love the town walk tours, would like to see more of them like night life, sunday market, etc. I'm not a house buyer, cheers Dave! Buon lavoro
ОтветитьNice house but too modern for me I love your videos but could you say if there are Doctors, Dentists closest hospital and grocery stores. That's information that I think people want to know as well😊
ОтветитьLOVE the blue and gray!!
ОтветитьThank you for the tour of this great town and the gorgeous church, and thanks to the gentleman who sent you the light!
This house would be perfect for a couple who wish to run a business from home. The first floor could be their offices, while the top floor remained private.
Definitely not my personal taste, but a good bit of redecorating could remedy that, just wondering if there is any space to install a lift - hauling groceries (not to mention furnishings) up to the top floor would be quite the workout for those of us "of a certain age".
Personally I appreciate it gives you a real look and feel for the property and location
ОтветитьThe church is absolutely gorgeous I love the older towns and villages the architecture is absolutely amazing
ОтветитьFun tour! I especially enjoyed the church visit. I love the area & the property! Garage, beautiful terrace, balconies, full reno just add kitchen. STUNNING location. 👍👍🙋♀💜
ОтветитьYuck. Too modern
ОтветитьThis home wouldn’t be for me. Too modern. Lacks the wonderful “Italian “ character that grabs my heart. ❤️
ОтветитьI like this town and beautiful church. The house is big and very nice. I would change the blue color of the wall and column in the kitchen. Also, I would extend the wall on the top floors' bedroom to make it a private bedroom
ОтветитьIs the yummy car the Cinquecento worth between 50 and 60 thousand Euros? If I buy in Italy, I want to become active in the commune that requires a "walkabout" (what us Irish call it) to see if it is someplace of interest.
ОтветитьI love the town tours most of all! Church tours are fab. Grew up with church bells so it is a nonissue. Love the old towns of Italy. Stunning is an understatement. So much you could do in those places! Amazing. Great vids as always! Thanks!!! This one is fantastic!
ОтветитьDave, the first floor has the two rooms, but no space under the living room and kitchen. What's under that space?
ОтветитьA few decorative changes and it's perfect
ОтветитьLove the town tours and orientation of the home’s location. THAT’S what sets your tours apart from others.
ОтветитьWhat was town?
ОтветитьI LOVE that you walk around the town. How else would we know if we're interested in the area? The churches are such an architectural inspiration.
ОтветитьWell done, but not my taste. I like the antique vibe
ОтветитьThis is a noisy place…
ОтветитьHow far is the house from Beach?
ОтветитьNot an attractive house at all tbh!
Ответить
