Im so confused. Does epidemic sound allow you to download songs? Or do they just look at something similar?

Epidemic Sound is NOT a reputable company! Be warned... I signed up for the free trial and decided not to renew. A few days prior to renewal date, my account was unavailable??? Tried to reset my password so I could log in and cancel many times over several days, sent emails to support, but was unsuccessful in my attempts. They charged me! It seems like the whole thing was a scam. Why would I not have access to my account just prior to the time I would need to cancel my trial.

Hi, I have a question about music claims on Epidemic. I used a track that generated a lot of watch time (not monetized yet), but I plan to set those videos to private before applying for monetization. Could the epidemic music still claim the rights, even if the videos are private? I’d really appreciate solid advice on this. Thank you!
